I cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything from communication to the property itself is top notch. We saw turtles everyday from the lanai. You are just a few feet away from the crashing waves on the beautiful rocky shoreline. If you look up "Ocean Front", this is it. If we are ever fortunate enough to be able to return to Kauai, we will definitely be staying here. The room itself had everything needed to create magnificent meals. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was fantastic. AC worked great. Poipu is in our opinion the best location on the island. Thanks Sampada for hosting such a memorable week in Kauai!!

We had a fantastic family vacation staying here! Clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning throughout, well stocked kitchen (pots/pans/utensils), beach and bath towels. There was even portable coolers, beach chairs and snorkel sets available for us to use. We also took advantage of the gas grills and heated pool. Amazing views (and sounds) from the lanai of crashing waves! We saw turtles swimming below every day, a pod of dolphins on two separate occasions and even a couple of whales (off season) in the distance. Short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw beautiful tropical fish when snorkeling, dozens of turtles and two to three monk seals resting on the beach daily. Great photo ops! Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. So happy with our choice! Sampada was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Check in was extremely easy. You won't regret staying here!

We had such a memorable vacation for our small family reunion at this lovely condo with ocean waves right off the lanai. Sampada is such a caring host and extremely helpful in everyway to make sure the condo was sparkling clean meeting our every need for accomodating even a dusabled hubby. Best reunion ever in the most fabulous Kauai location.

The condo had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. The AC worked perfectly, and we had an easy time with parking and check in. Our absolute favorite part was the view! We saw whales and (many) turtles right off the balcony. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, too.

Fantastic location, right on the oceanfront with waves crashing in all day and night which is rare. Quick walk to the beach and good area all around. Great responsiveness from the host. Highly recommended.

Unreal view from the deck and bedroom. Waves crashing below. It looked like a turtle aquarium below looking down from the deck and from the pool deck. Also saw whales and dolphins. Really enjoyed the pool and working out at the athletic club. Couldn’t ask for a better location to experience the ocean.

The views from this property are A.MAZ.ING!!! The location of the property is perfect. You can walk to restaurants and beaches. Turtles galore!! Very accommodating for 4 people. The host has done an amazing job with supplying beach toys, snorkels, chairs. The kitchen is stocked full of pots/pans, utensils - everything you would ever need. We would definitely come back to this property

This property has the most beautiful ocean view! It never got old. The location is so close to everything. We traveled with my elderly mother so we couldn’t walk anywhere but it was certainly close enough to walk to the beach. I can’t wait to return.

Condo was exactly as advertised, pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. Clean with enough room for 2-4 people. Breakfast on the balcony, watching the waves, turtles, and sometime dolphins was awesome. The sounds of the waves crashing below was incredible. A light sleeper may choose to use the back bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units, plus another for the main living area. We could not see staying here without the air conditioning - it was breezy, but the direction of the wind would not have cooled the condo. Trade winds will not reduce the humidity, no matter what anyone says…5 stars for A/C. Overall, Sampada was a great host, the condo was as advertised and the location was perfect. Also having a full washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Note…parking can be extremely tight, if renting a large SUV, just stick to the upper parking area, still tight but less cars. We will be back next time we travel to Kauai.

Sam was a great host. She made sure we got into the condo, checked mid-week to make sure everything was going well and finally as we were leaving. The condo is very clean and easily walkable to Poipu Beach, the shopping center and local coffee. Additionally, the kitchen is well stocked. The balcony was perfect to watch turtles surf in the waves and we'd usually seek 2 pods of dolphins early in the morning. I'd caution anyone staying there that parking can be difficult. With the large SUVs trying to fit into small spaces, it can be challenging to find a spot large enough and then get in or out of the vehicle. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We loved watching the waves crash on the shore from the balcony - amazing views! Property was as described and was great for our little family. We enjoyed the short walk to Poipu beach and often saw seals and turtles in our way. Excellent host communication!

What a lovely condo. Super clean and great location. Reasonably well stocked and had lots of soace and a great AC system for thise few hunid days. What was incredible is the waves crashing right at the foot of the building, the spray was a great show and you could hear the waves from the bedroom.

Enjoyed the crashing of the waves against the rocks below. Great location.

My wife and I loved our stay at Sampada's beach condo. The first thing we noticed (and fell in love with), was the spectacular view. We will miss hearing the waves crash and watching the turtles swim from the lanai. This unit is in walking distance to the beach. Plus, we liked how the entire island was accessible for a quick day trip whether it was to Waimea Canyon or Hanalei. Thank you for the great stay and we'd love to come back again!

Just book it! The location and view from this condo are just incredible. Walking distance to the beach and a few casual restaurants. The view is full on ocean with waves crashing and turtles swimming. The pool is lovely. The whole complex is lovely and while it appeared to be full, it never felt crowded and was very quiet. Condo was very clean and well equipped with beach gear, coolers and well stocked kitchen. The only negative is the decor and furnishings are dated but you’ll look past all that once you see the view!

My family had a great time at this property. It was well equipped and had everything noted in the listing. We loved being so close to Poipu beach and being able to watch the turtles from the balcony. And the location was convenient to many things in the island.

I'm almost reluctant to say how great this property and Sampada, its owner, are from fear that it won't be available when I went to stay again. The only thing some folks might want to consider is that you can really hear the crash of waves even at night with windows closed. I loved this but understand that others might not. Sampada is really lovely to work with - very responsive and keeps the property in great shape and well stocked. Thank you!

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view and the ocean waves were the best part and so beautiful. Our host was very responsive and friendly. I would stay here again!
