Gator graduation weekend for the whole family coming in from Chicagoland. This condo was a perfect fit and comfortable for everyone (from 21 yrs old college kids to 78 yo grandparents) and it saved our family literally thousands of dollars vs. booking traditional hotel rooms for the weekend. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed, and had modern/fresh decor, with very comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean throughout. Best of all, it is reasonably close (5ish min drive/uber) to/from campus, located in a safe area near a bunch of food spots, has plenty of sleeping arrangements for larger groups (we had 6 and were very comfortable), and enough room to sit and relax throughout. Overall, a very well-maintained property that even had great water pressure. :) Will look for it again for future visits.

It was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable and nice, walking distance to the mall and many restaurants; close to everything !! Definitely would stay again!!

This property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our group. The host was super helpful from the moment we booked until we arrived and made sure everything we needed was available when we got there! Would for sure stay again if I was in town.

This property has every amenity you could need from shower products to coffee creamer. It's a great area, the condo is lovely and spacious. The bedding was very lush and comfortable. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

Property manager was easy to work with and the property interior was neatly decorated and very clean. Unfortunately, the condition of the complex where it resides and the residents in the surrounding units detracted from the experience. Downstairs neighbors especially made my family and I feel unwelcome (one voiced to me in frustration that he’s lived there for years but now stranger like me continue to show up all the time). I sound the gentlemen downstairs opening his door and peeking through the blinds every time we entered/exited the stairwell leading up to the unit. The same neighboring tenant was also seen checking the doors and trunk of our parked vehicles in the parking lot. We also tried to use the pool on one occasion, but it was very dirty. Unfortunate, because the unit interior was otherwise appealing. Do to the reasons stated above, I would be hard-pressed to return to the property (which is unfortunate because I will be visiting the area more in the future with my child attending UF down the street).

Condo was as described with an adorable decor and all the conveniences you could need. It was such a nice touch having the coffee and tea available, as well as the soap and shampoo/conditioner in each of the bathrooms. Having two master bedrooms was perfect for my family. While you could hear the traffic from 1-75 at night, it didn't disturb our sleep and the location made it very convenient so I would definitely stay again.

This was a wonderful VRBO and the host was very helpful and attentive. Apartment had plenty of spaces and amenities were great. Very close to the Oaks Mall, walking distance. Home decor was lovely, beds were comfortable, and kitchen provided everything we need for our family. Five Star Stay Indeed!

This property was very nice. I loved how clean it was and all of the upgrades made it feel even more comfortable. The location was close to all of my shopping needs as well as my eating needs. The only thing that could have been better was one of the neighbors were a little too sensitive with the loud talking or t.v. sounds. Apart from that, my stay were great! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a great quiet night if rest!

Wonderful stay in Gainesville.

Our family came in town because our daughter, who lives in Gainesville, was having a baby. The property was cozy, yet spacious, clean, convenient, and it is supplied with just what you may need. The mattresses on the beds are "ultra-comfortable", which was great for us because we needed our sleep. Oh and yes, we left Gainesville as "Grandparents" !!!!
