The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The views are absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, as was the house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms are all decent size. You do have to contact the owner for things like turning on the waterfall each day, which typically there is a remote for, but the owner is very responsive. One thing to mention is that we had a minivan as a car rental and it does not fit in the garage unless parked at an angle. The garage is very shallow. We made it work, but if you have multiple vehicles, it could be an issue. The ice maker runs extremely slow, so if you plan to be at the house a lot, you'll want to pick up bags of ice. We all loved this house and are hoping to stay here next year for our family trip.

If you think the photos are good, you haven’t seen anything yet. This place is absolutely gorgeous and stocked with everything! My family stayed here and enjoyed every moment. Amazing sunsets, large rooms, beautifully updated bathrooms and the kitchen is gorgeous. Christian is amazing and very communicative, pool was warm, even in the middle of December! The pictures look beautiful but to see it in person is even better. Thank you, Christian.

Our family had an exceptional stay at "The Ritz" at Sandpiper Shores in Chandler, Arizona. The spacious and impeccably clean home provided a beautiful retreat, conveniently close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The welcoming Christmas tree added a festive touch, and the warm pool overlooking the lake enhanced the overall experience. Situated in a well-landscaped, higher-end community, this VRBO rental truly lived up to its name, offering a delightful and memorable holiday getaway. It was definitely a five star experience!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and the backyard was very peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway. We stayed 3 nights but wanted to stay longer because it felt like home away from home. So much better than a hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

We went to go see a Diamondback vs Cubs game and stayed at this amazing home. It had everything we needed. The infinity pool with the waterfall was perfect and at night such a relaxing swim! We have stayed at many VRBO but I have to say this was my fave!!! I want to thank Christian for being the ultimate host and quickly responding to our requests 😊 We look forward to staying here again someday when we can stay longer!!

A wonderful home to rent, with the best host. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. Home was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable with great linens and bedding from Crate and Barrel. The whole home seemed to be decorated and stocked from Crate and Barrel. Host was super responsive and very helpful. We rented the vehicle through the host as well. Very easy process and made the trip complete. Will definitely stay again when we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pictures of the home looked great, but the in-person experience exceeded our expectations. The home is well stocked throughout. Many amenities are available like tooth brushes, toothpaste, makeup remover, and a mini fridge stocked with water, pop, and beer. The view from the house out to the lake is gorgeous and refreshing to wake up to. Very quiet neighborhood. The pool is bigger than it looks and there were some floaties available for use in the garage. The home is located about 20 - 25 minutes from either airport. The host, Christian, was a pleasure to deal with and I believe he has more homes available for rent that also look beautiful. I feel the price was very fair for what we received. Thank you Christian!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz at Sandpiper Shores. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. To our surprise, the refrigerator was stocked with complimentary bottled water, beer, soda, and wine. What a nice touch!! The pool was wonderful, and despite the cooler than normal Arizona temps, Christian was so accommodating by heating the pool to our liking. The pool and back patio are situated along a canal and we loved the open space. The washing machine had a minor issue on our third day, and Christian responded immediately to resolve the situation. We would recommend this beautiful home!

Property was completely stocked with everything we needed! It felt just like a luxury hotel. Great attention to details. Very clean and beautifully updated. Kitchen stocked with all high end appliances and accoutrements. Pool was fabulous. Christian was always a text or email away and very responsive.

My mom, sister, and I had a wonderful stay at Christian’s property for about 2 weeks. The house was beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed. We've been staying in the area every year for the last 15 years and this was by far the best house we've rented. Christian is very responsive and has truly thought of everything.
