Overall a great property to stay at! Lots of amenities so you really need to bring anything. I would say bring some extra beach chairs if you want to sit at the beach itself, there was only one provided. We would have brought extra but we didn’t think we were going to need them. Above all, the house is fully stocked and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay in a clean, well appointed, beautiful home. Lots of welcoming pluses. Everything we needed and more. Gorgeous view and location. Could not have had a better visit. Hope to return next year.

Time to Lime is a wonderful beach house. It is well maintained and equiped and has perfect access to a quiet strip of beach. It is also very pet friendly. Communication was great, very clear and timely. We will definitely be looking to stay there the next time we have an opportunity.

Overall we had a great stay. However, we had ants in the kitchen and dog hair in the living area. Also, the remote for the living area was not there and we could not use the fan. I expected more for the price we paid. If these things were fixed, it would have been a better stay

The house was gorgeous and comfortable. The location was amazing! We love bringing our little goldendoodle with us when we travel, so the fenced in yard was absolutely perfect!

Our family has been coming to Galveston for several years now. A Time to Lime property is by far, the most beautiful place we have ever rented. Sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, very well stocked, and all of the little things they thought of, such as cordless charging stations in the bedrooms, soap and shampoo, and beach toys and chairs - really made this a comfortable, relaxing trip. And there is a half bath on the first level next to the outdoor shower! So convenient when you are at the beach! Will defiantly rebook.

The house was even better than it appeared on VRBO. it was super clean and just a really pretty home. The deck was awesome and being right on the beach was amazing. Everything in the house actually worked and the house was equipped with everything one might need and then some. We were also greeted with fun little gifts and snacks plus a bottle of wine. It is the nicest VRBO we hav e rented and we have rented a few. Thank you for the great vacation. ❤️

Hands down the best beach house in Galveston! Amazing location right on the beach and stocked with everything you need for a vacation. The fenced yard is a huge plus for pups and kids. The house is beautifully decorated with stunning finishes. It’s very open and airy and comfortably fit us all. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this house for a quick fall break! The house was perfect for our group. Location was right on the beach and we loved everything.

Chose this property because it was on the beach and had 2 king rooms for my BFF and me. There was also an adorable children's room with 4 bunk beds, games & books. TVs in every room. Home was done with high-end materials and lovely. It is actually just like the photos on-line. French press, pods, drip coffee maker and filters for those of us that need coffee. Many different seating areas. Porch had beautiful sunset views and is partially covered from rain. Deck box below had some sand castle building toys. There were even beach towels rolled up in baskets in the LR. Everything you'd want in a vacation house on the beach. Fees were a bit of a surprise since we only stayed a few days. Ryson, the management company was responsive to questions.

Great location for our final summer get away. The weather did not cooperate but we had plenty of space to hang out and watch movies /play games There was a bee problem underneath the deck which is not by fault of the owner. Luckily I’m the one with zero allergy since I was stung on the foot. After multiple emails through the app asking about my 2 dogs coming, our family took our 12 yr retriever. I was surprised to receive a call that the owner “reported me”. I was fine to pay the additional fee but that felt odd since I did what I could on my end to communicate? One final note, although lovely, once I clicked to book,the price was significantly more than the highlighted price for my “search”.

A Time to Lime is truly wonderful in so many ways - clean, beautiful, safe location, etc but in good faith I can't give it a perfect rating. We were traveling with a family of 7 for 5 nights and we were provided 1 roll of toilet paper (total for 2 bathrooms), 1 small roll of paper towels and 2 kitchen trash can liners. We went through most of these supplies in the first 24 hours of arrival. I've stayed in several short term rentals and the paper goods have always been supplied. I reached out to the property manager through their portal, asking if there was a supply cabinet somewhere on the property that I was missing, but no response. It certainly didn't ruin our trip because the house is lovely but it was an annoyance that could have easily been avoided in my opinion. Notice to future travelers - bring your own paper supplies so you don't have to leave Day 2 to go to the store!

By far the best rental house I’ve ever stayed in! The house accurately depicted what the site described: super clean, newly remodeled, very welcoming, Wi-Fi worked well, and you really are just steps from the beach. During certain months people are allowed to drive on the beach, so occasionally we saw people parked on the beach in front of us. But everyone is respectful and don’t over stay, it never bothered us or kept us from playing on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing and the neighborhood is very quiet. Working with Ryson, the rental agency was a dream, they are so knowledgeable on the property and are quick to respond to any questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice house with a great view of the ocean. A little far from local restaurants though but being off the beach is super awesome.

We absolutely loved our entire stay at A Time To Lime! The house is gorgeous and well stocked, the patio can’t be beat and the views were incredible! We loved that it was all one level inside bc of the kids. The private beach walkover was amazing and the beach was clean and not crowded. Highly recommend and hope to go back one day!

For us-this “one story” property was Perfect! The house is amazing and everything you could ever need is just a fingertip away. The kitchen is awesome-they’ve thought of everything-3 kinds of Coffee Pots-who else does that? Highly Recommend and We will Absolutely Rent this property again!

This Beach house was everything we expected. The house was clean upon our arrival and met all our needs for relaxing.

We had a great time. The property was clean and included a lot of extras. Items that showed attention to detail around every corner. The house location was nice because it was away from the full beach access so no cars are allowed which allowed our area to not be so crowded, which is perfect.

This house was amazing. I am very picky when it comes to my vacation accommodations....this house was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views inside and out! Yard was completely fenced which was important as my dogs were with us. This would also be an excellent choice for families with small children. The house had everything we needed for cooking and even had beach supplies ready to go in the chest outside. We did have a few ants here and there in the kitchen but it was not a problem. House was spacious, super clean, and everything we could want in a beach house.
