Great location fod several interesting places, especially Red Rocks Amphitheater.

I never received the email I was promised and did not get the door code. After a few tries on line and a couple phone calls, we finally got hold of a nice guy, who was able to help us.
We found the bed was difficult to maneuver.
We really enjoyed the quiet evening on the patio! It was really handy to everything, shopping, restaurants, and I70.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and then some. It was spotless and very well appointed. Situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the outdoor space for our morning coffee.

Our stay at Sara + Casey’s VRBO was excellent! The apartment was clean, provided everything we needed for our stay, and was in a great location close to Golden and hiking!

This was an amazing place to stay while we went to Red Rocks for a concert. Comfortable, cute, well appointed, and in a perfect location. Very easy check in, check out. Thank you again, we hope to be back!

This is the cutest little place to stay. My girlfriend and I were in town to see our first show at Red Rocks and our home away from home didn’t disappoint! The description does bode true you will hear footsteps as this is below their home but it didn’t bother us! 10/10 would recommend.

The place was spotless. It is about the size of a large hotel room but everything is there, including complementary snacks , drinks, and coffee.
Very quiet area and great location for us to access the places we went to.

Finding the house, dedicated parking spot and checking in was super easy. Very thoughtful layout in a small space, having areas for cooking a full meal, relaxing, or doing a bit of work. Lots of yummy snacks, and drinks to pick from. Back yard is big, but a bit of Colorado winter came to visit so no lounging out there. Friendly and on site hosts Casey and Sara have a
comfy, clean place that would be a repeat.

This please was perfect for our quick trip to Golden. We came for a Red Rocks concert and this place was within driving distance. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. Even though we were in the basement, the family above did not bother us at all.

Our weekend in this cozy studio was the perfect getaway! Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy. Everything we needed and more was stocked, and the place was spotless. My husband and I loved hiking the trail nearby and also felt very safe taking a morning walk through the neighborhood. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

This is a cozy little place to rest your head after running around all day. Would highly recommend. If and when we go back to Denver we’ll definitely stay here. There’s a lot to do in Golden that is 15mins away or less.

My wife and I stay at Sara's place for a long weekend of hiking and a concert at Red Rocks. Communication is excellent and easy check in.
Apt is located in a very quiet neighborhood with super easy access to freeway. Red Rocks is probably 15-20 minutes away just depending on traffic.
Also, easy access to head up summit county.
Some maybe concerned that this is a basement unit and potential noise from family upstairs. we only heard them one morning of the 4 days we stayed here. We've stayed in 5 star hotels where we've heard more noises. The family is super respectful of their guests.
will definitely stay here again when we're back next summer form hiking and a concert at Red Rocks

We loved our stay! Unit was clean and well laid out. 15 minutes from Red Rocks in a quiet scenic neighborhood. Sara was super responsive and flexible for the checkin process. Will be back for our next visit to RR!

The cozy studio apartment is just that. Super cozy, very clean and great location to Red Rock amphitheater.
Stayed here with my daughter and the apartment was perfect size for the 2 of us for a long weekend of hiking and a concert at Red Rock. We hiked in the Breckenridge area which was easy drive from the apartment. Check in was easy and great communication from Sara during the whole process.

Great location, clean, updated property. Great if using for day trips to various locations such as Red Rocks, Coors brewery, Day trip to mountains, etc. The only thing to know, it’s small. My husband uses a C-pap so that was a challenge as there are no side tables by bed. The sound machine was helpful as the family lives overhead. If you need pitch black when you sleep, bring eye cover/mask. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

This was one of the best rentals that I have ever stayed at! It had great recommendations, and it was in such a great location for all of the things that I like to do when I visit Colorado. I highly recommend this place if you want an easy, beautiful, and you know geographically convenient location! The renters were so friendly!

Everything we needed for a quick trip to Golden. The place is very clean, updated and comfortable. It's really small, but fine for 2 adults. Owner was very responsive. Loved being able to walk right across the street for a beautiful morning hike!

We stayed at Sara and Casey's place to visit our daughter at Colorado School of Mines and it was great. Easy check-in/check-out, clean, and furnished with everything we needed. Totally adorable. Close enough and also close to area attractions, parks, and dining.

Sara’s basement suite had everything we needed to cook and is very conveniently located close to Denver and equidistant between Estes Park and Colorado Springs. Perfect for what we needed. Clean, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Definitely would recommend for a couple or solo traveler.

We stayed here to move my son into Colorado School of Mines. The location was convenient, with little bunnies running around in the garden and a mountain to climb right outside the front door. The unit was extremely clean and the efficiency of space was fantastic. There were little treats for us to eat and drink, which was an added bonus and everything you would need to cook, wash clothes and enjoy your stay. The owners were extremely nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a trip to Golden.

Perfect efficiency in the Golden area
I loved my stay and everything was perfect. The efficiency was cute, cozy and very well set up. Yes, it is a little small - but really has everything you might need. It is in a nice neighborhood close to hiking and an easy drive to downtown Golden. The host was very responsive to questions, exceptionally friendly, and provided great suggestions for the area.

Everything you need
Everything you need is here in a small footprint, without feeling crowded. All appliances and needed utensils were top-notch. Located in quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially for a concert or other excursions. It is not a cabin in the mountains, but great, none-the-less.

This was just like staying at home. It was very quiet, homey & relaxing. They had everything you needed go have a great stay. It was close to Golden & the highways to get around to Denver.

We really enjoyed our time in the Denver area thanks to this thoughtful suite. Well-furnished (TV has netflix and other streaming services), very nice appliances and cookware. The bed alcove is quite cozy. Would stay again.
