We all truly enjoyed this lovely home . It met ALL of our requirements . I thought the beds were comfortable and cozy . I enjoyed all the different rooms we could stay in as a family together to play games or whatever ! This was an unforgettable experience ! Thank you Angie for your hospitality!

My group had a fantastic time at element89 in Denver! The property was very clean and had tons of space and activities for us - the game room was a big hit! Angie was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for any large group!

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Great house in a good location. Everything was clean and tidy. The interior furnishings were great. And the shower in the primary bathroom was like a spa treatment!

We flew into Denver and spent the night before heading to Estes Park. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a play area downstairs and bunk beds which were perfect for the little ones. The home is centrally located to the places we wanted to visit while in Denver.

My boys attended a camp in Boulder - it was the perfect location to enjoy Denver while not in the camp and quick easy access to Boulder. The home was clean, neat, and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

House was so nice and felt like home. Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was always available and very nice. Hot water heater went out and was fixed asap! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado.

The house was great it accommodated our large family comfortably. Kids enjoyed the playroom and games available to them. Host Angie was very attentive, accommodating, and responded quickly to any concerns and requests we had. Unfortunately the only negative comment I have although reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience was no running hot water for our 3 night stay. A plumber was sent for maintenance the day of check out. Despite cold showers very nice property.

Angie was lovely and a great communicator for this property. It was spacious and easy as a meeting place and overnight on our way to Boulder as a group of friends. All the accommodations were accurate from the listing. We were grateful to find something that worked well and comfortable for our 1 night stay.
Like many VRBOs it’s a nicer/redone home in a less expensive neighborhood. It was a pretty high price and had some minor dust/dirt in detail cleaning (basement bath, baseboards, decor) that I expect in a home that size. Beds were clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay overall just wish it was a bit more affordable so multi-night stay could be considered for a group of 6-7 friends. It was a little less than $1k for 1 night.

We came here after getting engaged and it was a blast with friends. We did notice the basement bathroom wasn't the cleanest, dust bunnies and such. The only real problem was that the master shower had a sign that there was no hot water, and there was no instructions to use the heated flooring. All of that would be fine if we were offered a discount or something but, we didn't know until we arrived.
Other than that, it was an awesome property! Great atmosphere for our group!

Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location.
We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house.

Our family of 7 stayed here and we had a wonderful time. House was very clean, had everything we needed, and host was extremely helpful with any questions. Absolutely loved the game room! We are staying again at the end of the month when we visit our son at school again. Highly recommend this home.

We greatly enjoyed this property for our group of four adults and five children. A favorite of the children was the game garage and we had plenty of family competition with the ping pong table, basketball, and air hockey. Beds were comfortable and they has plenty of pillows for each bed, something we greatly appreciate. Loved the shower options in the master bath.

The house has plenty of space to spread out. Several great spots for hanging out. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking space. Owner made sure the house was meeting all of our needs. Overall a great place to stay at if you’re visiting Denver.

Where do I even begin, everything about our stay was 100% FANTASTIC. I rented this house to host several friends of mine who live throughout the country. The House is well stocked and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and there a lots of them! In the garage are many games, which we were able to expand out into the driveway. Our host was even better, they are incredibly organized and left meaningful personal touches. We requested special permission to rent a pinball machine during our stay, and the host was very obliging. I also mega-goofed when I had an Amazon package deliver the week after we left. The host not only willing to help me, but also was incredibly understanding, patient, and great to communicate with. Do not hesitate to stay with them or at this property. Thanks again!!

I wasn’t sure we’d be able to comfortably fit 8 adults and 4 kids but the house was perfection for what we needed — plenty of entertainment and comfortable sleeping areas for the kiddos and space for the adults to catch up upstairs. Would very much recommend for families and reunions.

This place was perfect for our family! The kids LOVED the bunk room downstairs, and the main floor was perfect for hanging out with friends and family. It was extra nice that our friends could bring their dog and knew he was welcome. Our kids said it was their favorite vrbo ever! Many thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay.

This house was perfect for our needs--- There are two large areas for gathering and all the bedrooms were comfy and private. The game room was very popular, giving us lots of variety and chances to interact. The house is in a friendly and quiet neighborhood, but very close to everything we had planned to do. Angie is a superb host-- she quickly answered any questions I had and was so accommodating! We made GREAT memories and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I rented this home for our Red Rocks trip. The location was great and the kids loved playing all the games in the garage. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.
