The room was nice enough and we had a view of the ocean

From the moment we walked in it did not feel like a five star hotel. I had organised this property for my partner’s birthday and I was extremely disappointed. The key to our room didn’t work so we had to drag our bags up and down the levels multiple times until a locksmith helped us. We also had to wait around 20 minutes for the elevator each time as the staff would allow guests (big groups of rowdy men) to push in front of us to grab the elevator. Once we were finally in our room, it was nice enough but the ocean view was coupled with a huge construction site and construction started at 5am which woke us up. Staff also didn’t seem that happy to working there. Not the five star experience we hoped for at all.

Với tiêu chuẩn 5* thì việc khách sạn cung cấp cốc giấy/nhựa cho khách take away cafe/trà mang đi khi ăn sáng là nên làm, thay vì thu phí như hiện tại.

Very luxurious hotel. The one bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. We loved the rooftop bar. Beautiful views.

Construction noise woke me at 6.30am. Suggest provide ear plugs for rooms facing the construction site. Suggest asking for a room not facing the large construction site. We didn't appreciate the spa staff asking for a tip. I note the spa is not owned by the hotel but in the same building.

Beautiful, spacious appartement. Very good breakfast and diner. Bikes were available. Professional and friendly staf.

location is not central central but close to night market

Location is good, but a tad far from the town. There are restaurants not too far away, but it took a little exploring to find them. Beach below is not in use. Bikes were a bonus and came in handy. Solid breakfast. Apartment we had was very spacious. Gym was good. The pools were not heated...the indoor one had slight warmth to it. This would have made our stay much more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and the manager was excellent taking care of one issue related to booking for me. Just a note, that there are some bookings for private apartments which are not the hotel itself, but rather an individual on the condo side.

Really great hotel in all ways. Amazing facilities such as two pools, a large gym, two restaurants and a rooftop bar. Furthermore, our room was spacious and clean, with a nice view over Ha Long Bay. The staff is friendly and we even had the chance of meeting the restaurant manager who offered us a tailored 11 courses menu. Lastly, the breakfast in this hotel is the most extensive and incredible I have ever seen. Next time we’re in Ha Long, we’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Although the location itself is very modern and peaceful, it’s relatively far away from the city center. However, the hotel has a minimarket right next to it and by taxi you’re only 5 min away from almost everything. Additionally, the area is currently advancing so in the near future there will be much more to do too!
