Location good

Room Very cold and of poor standard could do with a little TLC though an effort had been made to make us welcome.

Good location in a nice area

Bed very uncomfortable, shower was either boiling or freezing no inbetween. Had to wait to be let in by someone living in the building, who fair enough was very nice but we appeared to have woken him up after a work shift (we arrived midafternoon at pre agreed time). Mugs in the room were dirty with used tea bags in.

It was great for my needs - a short stay in Leeds. Big airy room and a comfy bed.
