Everything! Case and his wife were most friendly and helpful. When I noticed the Giant Sequoia tree from my 2nd floor window I was most impressed, being from California. Great breakfast, big room, even had 100 yr old postcards to look at.
The circular shower curtain over the bath tub was funky by the big window, but I knew that going in and it added to the French Fun!!

What a gem of a place. Yes you need a car, but it was blissfully serene, the food was incredible, the hosts more than welcoming & just magical. Stayed here as a present to my sister for her birthday & it was utterly memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you so much Kees & Moos! (even though Chopin made us both cry - it was for the right reasons)

How nicely it was preserved. The host was very kind and nice. Gives you the authentic French countryside experience

Friendly owners. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Option of paying for an evening meal was nice - it was delicious too and saved us finding somewhere for dinner.

The hosts were so accommodating and have done a wonderful job with the property, creating an inspiring escape. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the breakfast on two mornings, a breakfast that exceeded our expectations. All in all a wonderful stay!

peaceful, beautiful place - amazing place to stop over at on my journey to the Alps but would also be a great place for a long weekend break. The Manoir des Arts and surrounding area is gorgeous!

Thank you Mariëlle and Kees for a wonderfull stay at YXIE. It is such a lovely, spacious and tranquill place. We felt wellcome from the very first minute and we enjoyed this very special house of art and creativity. Thanks for great yoga clases and beautiful piano concerts🌞 We can higly recommend this place - It's not just a fantastisk hotel - It is so much more!

Our stay at Yxie - Manoir des Arts was wonderful. We received a very warm welcome and the manor is gorgeous. Breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed our chats with the lovely hosts. We lived the calm and quiet of Villeblevin and the view over the church is splendid, especially at night. We highly recommend it! Un petit bijou!

cozy place in a quiet area. Very arty and personal decorated. It feels like you are staying in a beautiful museum. very friendly owners that will help you with anything you might need.

When you enter the building, you quickly understand the original owner was wealthy and now you have the opportunity to sleep in a manor!
The breakfast was great with a very large choice and very good food. You clearly see the owners are putting the attention to you...
It probably needs more work in the refurbishment of the manor but that will probably improve as they get more guests.
