Friendly & helpful communication with host before and during. Lovely quiet location with great enclosed garden for children and the dog. Lots of nice shops and places to eat nearby. Spoilt for choice of local parks and play areas too, so we managed to combine work and fun. House was clean, nicely furnished with everything you'd need, from super fast free wifi, to more than enough bathrooms! It was really spacious too. We arrived to a lovely welcome basket of treats and the kitchen had some essentials to start us off too. Definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, well equipped and very spacious, set in a lovely location with easy access to train station and busses. All at an excellent price.

We loved the house. Quiet area, very large, well equipped, comfortable. Will probably return one day.
Minor points - the kitchen table was sticky but we were assured it was about to be resealed, the windows needed cleaning but I'm sure they were about to be. We prefer a clothes line in the garden rather than a tumble dryer.

I clean everywhere I stay, but stripping beds at last minute was a faff. Some cups were dirty and dusty cobwebs in places

Stunning house in perfect location to travel out & about with the family. No problems parking in the quiet close. House & facilities exceeded expectations. Spacious living room, kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. Great little touches like the small office space for working on the computer, multiple bathrooms, and some essentials already there in the kitchen.

The house is so comfortable and was just amazing for a family celebration. Plenty of room and everything you could ask for in facilities. Parking very good and we really didnt need to use care as we could easily walk to Lytham Hall and Lytham and St Annes easy to access. Buses run frequently into Blackpoo. Teo lovely pubs/restaurant within 10 minute wal and one dog friendly.
Also special.mention to the safe enclosed garden great for children and dogs. Would definitely stay again.l

No breakfast, it was self catering. It was high speck and a joy to stay there . Would stay there again. Nice sized rooms ,good beds What else is there to say. Very satisfactory.
I just thought the garden and sitting area could have been swept and tidied better, i swept it as best i could, which was no trouble. I only thought this because i'm very fussy at home with my own garden. I love my garden.

A really lovely and comfortable property, providing absolutely everything you could possibly need for a home from home holiday.
The bed in the downstairs bedroom is one of the best I have ever slept in away from home.
David, the owner was on hand if we needed him.
I would definitely recommend this property, it's an easy walk to Lytham, taking approx 30-40 mins at a steady pace if you don't want to drive.

The property was beautiful. Spacious, lots of TVs. Kitchen equipment and utensils, excellent. The welcome pack was a bonus.
Although I understand, I didn't like the plastic sheet on the upstairs bed.

The house was located on a quiet cul- de-sac, close to lovely Lytham. It was immaculately presented, very spacious and had everything you could need. The host was very helpful too.

Everything. Property was immaculate and the owners have thought of everything. Whatever you need is provided. Very well thought out....just perfect! Exceptionally clean. Loads of hot water. The garden was just perfect for our 2 little dogs and totally secure. Good communication from booking to departure. We will definitely return.

Once found our way around everything within walking distance (we didn’t have car for few days because one of our party had to leave). Lots of bus options too. Plenty of space in property and very clean and comfortable. Nice quiet location

Sounion was beautiful inside and out, a home from home atmosphere with everything you could need on your stay. Location in a quiet cul de sac. Bus stop just around the corner. A pub 500 yards away.
