The hotel has beautiful views of the pacific and 2 nice pools. Restaurant with great food, a little expensive, but convenient. Best part is that Playa Arrocito is a short walk away and it's beautiful with very calm waters and great food served on the beach. Wasn't packed the 3 days I visited, other beaches get too packed.

Too far from town, have to get a taxi for everything, since everything is far.

The breakfast was fine. The facility is beautiful and easy to drive to. Gorgeous view of the ocean and love the design of the hotel. Two beautiful pools.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, mit 2 Pools und direkt am Meer mit direktem Zugang. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Es un hotel tranquilo, con buena vista albercas limpias cómodas, con vista al mar. El personal muy amable. Lleve mascota 1 perro y en el hotel muy amables siempre con ella tmb.

Sugiero más variedad de platillos en el restaurante, que tiene muchas escaleras sin embargo nos dieron una habitación con pocas para acceder con carriola y bebé.

Habían muchos bichitos pero también entendemos que estamos rodeados de fauna

Well in the restaurant they need to be more alert when clients ask for condiments like when ask for coffee, they need to bring the sugar and cream alongside.

That doesn’t have beach access. We have to walk 5 minutes to get to nearest beach.

Horrible place, wasps nests everywere, too small pool, 2 hours to make the check in even when I call and told them im coming and I already payed online, because nobody wanted to work at 3pm, they were there and said the shift was changing so a line of 5 was ahead of me, because he wasn't doing any more check ins.

I went to have breakfast early at 7.30am because my plane was in the morning so I have to check out at 9am, but the waiter was rude, he said they just open and they are going to take 30 min to make my eggs. No water in the bathroom to wash hands or unload the toilet, that was disgusting. To take a shower there is only cold water.

Nice, clean, comfortable and pretty hotel. It has 2 pools and one for kids. Staff is friendly.

No elevator with too many stairs. TERRIBLE wifi and no cell phone service at this particular location. TV only had a few channels with low picture quality and no Netflix or any other streaming service. Check out process is HIGHLY inconvenient. They hold you hostage and you must climb up steep stairs to the lobby as they do not let you leave until someone has checked your room for damage or theft. It felt like we were under constant surveillance by the staff.

Amenities are great. Totally recommended.

Systems is totally obsolete. You couldn’t add a breakfast after checking in. Or do anything related to, for any matter.

It's like a luxury resort without the price. I like the pools, the walking paths, the beach in a walking distance. All the staff were great 😃

No many seafood in the menu, but can be fixed.

The lower pool is lovely with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

I didn’t enjoy the check out process , it was very inconvenient. Having to go all the way up to check out, wait for the room to be checked and then being given an exit pass. Especially for those whom are disabled or travelling with kids it was inconvenient

Location was nice, and facilities were clean.

Staff was very welcoming during check in but less so during check out. They did an unusual inspection of our rooms before we could check out and claimed we stained a pillow case. They wanted 200 pesos for compensation. We wouldn’t pay as it seemed very much a “shake down” Highly disappointed and will not return or recommend this hotel.

I loved seeing the dolphins and whales playing in the morning! The restaurant & staff was lovely! Great views from room and pool and restaurant.

Definitely the strictest place I’ve stayed in all of Mexico. Even tho I understand Spanish very well, this was the first place I felt I was treated differently because my speaking is rusty. I happen to go for a holiday weekend so it was very noisy. if you’re sensitive to sound , definitely bring ear plugs and don’t go for a holiday! the walls are very thin! I think for the price point I was a bit disappointed in my overall experience. On the listing it said bathtubs and breakfast included. neither were the case and that was very disappointing because the listing clearly states both.
