The cabin definitely looks bigger in the pictures but, nice enough. The wild life is beautiful. We enjoyed our time there. If you're interested in the pool table don't bother. It's virtually useless. If you're just looking for a quiet place to relax, this is a pretty good spot.

I brought my wife, mother in law and dogs to this cabin for a getaway to go see Helen for the first time. The cabin was amazing and had everything that we needed. It is quiet and peaceful out there with plenty to explore. There is even a small trail that runs behind all the cabins along the creek that we took our dogs to check. Would gladly bring the family back and stay here again.

Loved this property! Saw three deer in the backyard the first morning at daybreak. Comfy beds and the electric fireplaces helped it feel nice and cozy. Our dog loved the creek in the backyard. Secluded enough without feeling isolated. 10-15 from town, easy in and out. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This cabin was in a pretty, wooded location. It was as not the cleanest of rentals. The floor wasn’t swept well and there were cobwebs in some parts. The sheets on the main bed were pilled and stained and should be replaced. The foosball table was broken in several places and barely usable. If you intend to play, bring some super glue to fix the pieces that have come loose. There is no streaming service or cable available. You have to bring your own streaming service and sign in. This is the first vacation rental I have been to that didn’t provide at least one streaming service. Lastly, we did not use the bottom patio sitting area because there was a camera down there. I understand why there was one on the front door, but didn’t like having one out back. It felt like an intrusion of privacy.
The management company responded to texts very quickly. We pointed out a couple of issues, and they did give us a small refund since they couldn’t address them while we were there. Also check in/out was really easy.

We really enjoyed the place. There wasn't anything that we really didn't like. We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi bathtubs jets didn't work but not a big deal. Loved the huge walk-in shower and the large closets. This place had everything we needed. The creek was enjoyable for the 2 grandchildren. I would definitely recommend.

The granddaughters loved the outdoors. They played in the creek and enjoyed seeing the deer every day. Used the fire pit every night for s’mores.

This cabin is advertised as having a hot tub, which it does have..... But it's broken. When we arrived, there was trash all over the deck where wild animals had gotten into the trash because the trash can was overflowing. The floors were not well swept and we were dissatisfied with our experience. We emailed Vacassa and were met with silence.

We were looking for a quiet cabin in proximity to Helen, GA for a family vacation and this property was exactly what we were looking for. It's not too far from town and it was not hard to find.

This is a secluded home feeling yet, so close to everything. We have recue dogs and is very difficult for us to be able to travel and we had the opportunity to go on a small vacation. Because of this beautiful home we were able to take a break from the city. Everything is very clean but, I would advise to check on the cleaning company since the showers really need a good cleaning and around the jacuzzi there are some spiders. Understandablely this home is in the forest and is pron to bugs but, it can be better ?. This is probably the nicest home we ever stayed and we are looking forward to come back. Is honestly a little piece of heaven.

Perfect location for a cabin!!! Loved the space and peacefulness of this cabin. The game room was great and the creek was beyond peaceful. We will definitely be back.

My family and I wanted a mini vacation and chose this cabin with this app for the first time. The cabin was nice and off the road for seclusion. The temperature of the cabin was perfect. Clean and cozy. Very close to food and stores but far enough for the cabin in the woods feel. Conversation with manager was easy and needed to talk to them because we didn’t know how to turn on the tub jets( it an air button). They guided us right along. I did leave a bag and was informed they can ship to me at my cost ( which is completely understandable and reasonable). We will indeed rent this cabin again and use this app for future rentals. We enjoyed our time! It was our first family get away since we lost my 16 year old son Yates in a car accident and we needed the ease of this rental and great communication that we got from everyone! Than you for a great stay!

I made a note for the cabin to be cleaned, they didn’t. They didn’t drain the hot tub and refill it. All of my kids got horrible swimmers ear and they refuse to address that with me. There is no light around the fire pit so unless you really have the fire going you can’t see and the kids kept tripping and got hurt. They also have cameras which is a total invasion of privacy. You go to a cabin to get away. Not to be watched! Never again will I use this management company.

It was a nice cabin. Felt like the middle of nowhere but still close to town. Went tubbing , zip lining, horse back riding there are a lot of activities in the surrounding area. A great place to stay. The boys enjoyed the pool table & the kiddos & dogs played in the creek behind the house. Everything was comfortable & clean.
