This casita is perfect for two. Quiet, clean, it’s just as listed. It’s close to the shopping district. Mike made sure everything was perfect and was very responsive if I had any questions. I would rent again.

We spent two weeks at the property. The place lived up to it's billing. Very nice indoors . Comfortable bed, great shower and new appliances. We really enjoyed the outdoor setup. Beautiful private back yard with a pool, grill and comfortable chairs. Mike and Jojie were great hosts. They did such a good job on the setup we didn't have any issues. We did have an Rx delivery that required a signature and they made sure they were available to sign. Great location close to highway 111. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Scott and Deb

This was an incredible stay. The casita was clean and fully complimented. The proprietors were super friendly and very helpful. The rental comes with my highest recommendation.

The pictures are totally accurate for this very cozy casita. Beautifully appointed and the outdoor space is completely private with the exception of the 2 neighbour cats who would pop by to say hello. We loved having the pool to ourselves. The pool heating fee was $75 for the first day and $50 for each day after but we felt it was worth it to get the full enjoyment of the property. Mike is awesome to deal with. Super responsive to any request and detail as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities. The welcome basket of snacks, drinks and banana bread was a wonderful start to a great week. We walked to most restaurants and shopping areas. El Paseo is a high end shopping area with amazing restaurants and public art just blocks away. Palm Springs is about a 20 minute drive. Would love to go back!

It was our first time to stay at a casita, and we are happy that we chose the Palmera for our 3 night stay. Our stay at the Palmera was short but sweet. The casita was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is located in a nice neighborhood and close to many shops and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and extremely nice, and made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We will surely choose to stay here again in our future trips.

Host cancelled the reservation on the day we were supposed to arrive. I booked this trip on June 6th and stated, at that time, exactly who would be joining me. I woke to and email on the morning of October 7th, the day we were supposed to arrive telling me the reservation was cancelled due to city not allowing a 3 person occupancy at this location. Four months had passed since I first booked. It was very disappointing and inconvenient to scramble to make reservations elsewhere for the day of departure and unprofessional on the hosts part for not informing me a lot sooner.
