We 4 seniors were visiting Aruba for the first time. Our goal was to experience as much of the island as possible. We succeeded. By having a base at Barbara's lovely house in Noord, we were able to visit the wonderful beaches, Arikok National Park, the Lighthouse, the Casibari rock formations, climb the "haystack", visit caves, and the rugged east coast dunes.

Our stay was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better place. Our host was fantastic, quick replies for any questions. Very helpful with anything we needed. The house is gorgeous. One of our best vacations we've ever had. Looking forward to returning soon.

Escape the big hotels and enjoy your own home, great location, quiet, great pool.

The pool was certainly the highlight, and the area was close to great bezches and restaurants. Barbara was extremely accommodating to us as she helped to arrange having food delivered to the property the day before New Years, since we would be arriving New Year's day when everything would be closed. She also allowed us to pivot our rental days, and accommodated a late check out because our flight didn't leave until 3:30pm. Thank so you much, Barbara!

We had an amazing 10 days in Aruba. The owner was great giving recommendations for restaurants in the area. Pool was spectacular. Overall awesome experience!

The house was great. Comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful! The location was perfect for all activities and restaurants. The owner was available for questions and responded quickly and courteous.

This was our 2nd time because and we love this property!! The pool is awesome, large, beautiful and always a comfortable temperature. Beaches are minutes away, same as shopping and restaurant's. Everything we needed to have an amazing stay we had staying here.

This was my second stay at this home, and both times were great! Just enough room for my family, and the pool is awesome!

We came down to Aruba as a family of 5 with 3 pre-teen kids. The house was exactly as listed; space for everyone, and we had everything that we needed. The location was good and allowed for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, including 3 supermarkets (yes, Superfoods is one of them); though, that's probably what you'd find in most places you're looking at in Aruba. On returning home from our daytime excursions, there was nothing better than relaxing in the pool and lounge area. Now that I think about it; that was the start and end to every day on the trip, and we loved it. Barbara was incredibly responsive at any time of the day or night, which was even more comforting during the stay. I would not hesitate to return here on a future trip.

Excellent location, property upkeep and decor, space, everything!

The house was cozy & welcoming & beds were comfortable. The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. We took a day off beach hopping & totally relaxed in the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a full meal or grill outside, which we did a few nights. The washer & dryer came in handy to rinse the daily use of towels & bathing suits. There is a convenience store/bakery & tap grill a short walk away for either breakfast or lunch/dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely stsy again!

This was my family's first time in Aruba, we came for my son's 17th birthday. We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to a lot! Barbara was exceptional with communicating with us. The description of the home was accurate! Maureen the housekeeper is the sweetest person ever. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! The house looks just like the pictures. It's immaculately clean and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. There are Tommy Bahama backpack-style beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler that make it easy to enjoy a day at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and a short distance to Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, Boca Catalina, and Oranjestad. There is great food at really reasonable prices at the Cafe down the street (Cafe 080). We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The house is beautiful. The host is easy to deal with. We loved having a pool to ourselves. The house is clean and spacious. It has all the utensils and appliances you need to cook your meals. We can’t wait to return

Perfect location to everything. Plenty of room, awesome pool area, with plenty of seating, table for outdoor eating. Use of a cooler, 4 beach chairs and small umbrella.

We enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s property. The pool area was great! The home was very clean. Only two issues was the hardness of the beds and the shower water was either scalding hot or cold.. Otherwise, fun stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this lovely house. It’s located in a quiet cul de sac away from the crowds and busy traffic. The pool is so inviting and just what we needed to relax and wind down after our beach days. We truly can’t wait to return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The decor is colorful and pleasant which created the relaxing atmosphere that we craved. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Most important to us, it was quiet and private with views of the beautiful cacti. The property is beautifully landscaped. Sitting by the pool and listening to the birds singing and the palm leaves rustling in the wind was just heaven. The house is very conveniently located so that pretty much everything on the west side of the island is within a 15-minute drive or less. There are grocery stores nearby, and for breakfast you can walk to a nearby bakery to pick up some delicious pastries. The house was immaculately clean. The only issue was the water temperature in the showers which seemed only capable of toggling between cold and scalding hot. Despite the finest adjustments, we could never get it just right. But that was a minor issue considering how wonderful everything else was. We have very happy memories of our time there and would definitely stay there again!

All was well. Wish we knew there was not a spa/jacuzzi. but it did not break the trip. Pool was wonderful, house has everything you need. We had some trouble with the AC units but figured it out. The first bedroom needs blackout curtains as there is a motion controlled light right outside and it's a very windy island. So it was on most of the night. Overall - great stay!

Nice to have the home all to ourselves. Cute decor. Comfortable. Quiet away from crowds.

Barbara was a wonderful host and most accomodating. The house was truly a home - clean, organized, well-appointed and comfortable. Will surely come back to this lovely home.

This house is by far the best we have stayed at on the island. The pool was spectacular! Close to everything. Worst part is that we had to leave.

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house and it is never a disappointment! Barbara was very prompt answering any questions we had and was very accommodating with changes in dates. Marleen is an amazing kind soul that helped out with anything we needed while on the island. Thank you ladies for another great Aruba Vacation. Beautiful island and house

Total great experience from the moment I reserved the house to the day I left Aruba! This is my 3rd time in Aruba but first time staying in a house! The other 2 times I stayed at the Paradise Beach villas on Eagle Beach! Enjoyed this much better! First, the Owner, Barbara, was awesome! She answered all my questions prior to getting to Aruba very quickly! She allowed us to check in early which was awesome after a long flight! Check in was a breeze! Maureen, property manager, met us at the house and explained everything to us, gave us a house tour and provided the keys. The house was even better then the pictures! Loved the house, it’s well kept and decorated, has a well stocked kitchen with lots of accessories that we used in the kitchen for cooking and making coffee and margaritas ! Unbelievable Pool, lanai and private outdoor space! Very quiet neighborhood, you will only hear the birds and occasional dogs barking! Lots of seating, pool loungers, grill and table with chairs to eat by the pool! We didn’t even go to the beach for 2 days so that we could enjoy the awesome backyard! Pool person came to clean pool often! Also, the House is a great location in Noord by Palm Beach! Close to supermarkets, dining and beaches! Car is a must to enjoy the island and get around! I never called or texted Barbara or Maureen to complain about anything the whole week we were there! Definitely will come back. Thanks for letting us in your house.

We had a great stay at this house! We visit Aruba at least every year and this was our first time renting a house in a neighborhood (vs. a condo or resort). The property was exactly as advertised and was well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The pool/patio area is spectacular!!! Great for a lazy day sunbathing and we sat outside every evening to look at the stars. Pool is very clean and the jacuzzi jets are great after a day at the beach. We appreciated having the entire pool to ourselves!!! House is walkable to a small bakery (Noord Pastry Aruba) with great coffee and treats in the mornings as well as a bar/restaurant open in late afternoon and evenings (Cafe 080). Property is minutes away from multiple grocery stores, Eagle Beach, Alto Vista Chapel, California Lighthouse and the high rise area. We liked the quiet, safe street and ability to “get away” from the crowds. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to relax as a family of 4. There are three bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of towels were provided and there is a washer/dryer in the house. We were pleasantly surprised to have access to a cooler as well as for beach chairs for visiting the beach. That saved us a lot of money on chair rentals and drinks/food!! As long as you get to the beach (we prefer Eagle Beach) by 10-11am…you can snag a palapa or hut (free!) and have shade and relaxation all day. The homeowner was very responsive when we had any questions and made sure we were settled in with everything we needed on day one. I highly recommend this property and we plan on returning in the future!!
