Everything was great! Very clean and organized! Loved that the beach was only foot steps away from condo and that it was away from all the action. I will say the internet was a little spotty for watching Netflix at night.

Directions to find were right on. Super easy to enter the unit. Very clean and comfortable! What was not mentioned for amenities that should be, were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, along with beach toys, in the unit. It had everything you need; dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets would recommend staying here.

This was an early summer get away & the condo was absolutely perfect! It was only up one flight & is located close to the walkway to the beach. The views out the deck are exactly as pictured. In our bedroom with the window closed you could still slightly hear the water. There was a slight problem with the electricity but Seneca handled it right away. We will definitely be getting here as soon as we can!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well-kept apartment. We did have one little glitch that was taken care of right away.
This was due to a problem with the Vrbo app. The condo wasn't ready when we got there, but the property manager responded immediately and came in and fixed everything within a half hour and after that point everything was perfect. You can't beat the view every morning looking at at the gorgeous Blue and green waters and the beautiful white sand. The apartment was large and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
And it was really easy to get to all parts of the island. Flounders was a great Recommendation for sushi dinner!

We had a wonderful time at this well equipped beautiful condo. I would highly recommend it. I am in Pensacola often and usually stay on the other end of the beach (Ft. Pickens road) This area was less crowded and more family friendly.

The property was exactly as described. We were just steps away from the beach which was not very crowded at all. We even saw dolphins swimming from our balcony. I would recommend this property and hope to stay there again. Numerous restaurants a short drive away-two of our favorites were Crabs on The Beach and Flounders Chowder House.

The condo was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The view is amazing. I did not pay attention to the description about if there were grills on the property or not. They allow gas grills but you have to bring your own. This condo was spacious and even though it was windy and chilly, we still enjoyed relaxing on the beach.

This was our third stay at this property and each and every time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s quiet, clean, well-equipped, nicely located, and has a killer beachfront view of the Gulf. Two bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, fast internet, and the uncrowded beach is just steps away. If you want to eat out, several great seafood restaurants are just down the road. We will definitely be back!

Front Row Seats to the Gulf is an understatement, Gorgeous up to date unit with a fantastic view, without the hustle and bustle of downtown. Plenty of room on the beach, with a short walk back to get some lunch or more refreshments!

This is our third year as a family of four visiting Pensacola (fourth visiting the gulf), and this was the best stay yet. The unit was perfect - the view of the beach from the balcony was amazing, the beach scene was laid back and relaxing, and the pool was never crowded. We're bookmarking this for future vacations!

Clean, quiet, well equipped, obviously well maintained, located far enough away from the congestion of the west end of the island but close enough to easily take advantage of excellent restaurants on the west end. Great beach view from the patio and primary bedroom and easy access to uncluttered and uncrowded beach where you can walk as far as you want in either direction. This is the most satisfying VRBO rental we’ve booked thus far and we’ll likely return next Winter if we have the opportunity.

We had a such a great week. This condo was very clean, well appointed, super comfortable, had beautiful views and was the perfect location. I loved that it was hidden back behind other buildings so there was no traffic noise. We had never been to Pensacola Beach before but will be back.
