Our stay here was very enjoyable. Chris was a really wonderful host: very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with a bright and fresh appearance. Large bedroom, with a super comfortable bed. Laundry facilities are available. The location was fantastic, with only a short walk down the hill to restaurants and beach area, and two nice hotels are very close by. Also, it was wonderful to have guaranteed off-street parking.

The communication was excellent. All questions answered before arriving. Tea, coffee, milk, and sugar were there for that needed cuppa. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well looked after. Bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend it

For me, I have a lung condition, so the walk up to the apartment from the beach. But I got there in the end just slowly.

Great communication right from the start and an easy check in. The apartment (a two bed ground floor) was light and airy. Both bedrooms (a king size and twin) were spacious, the living/kitchen area was small but well laid out and the bathroom likewise. The rooms have very high ceilings - ideal for anyone with very tall family members. Our group included two children under 5, the youngest is 2. There are no “fussy bits” that I had to lift up higher or hide from her grabbing hands. The rubbish bin in the kitchen is integrated into a cabinet so I didn’t have to worry about her emptying that all the time either. They were very friendly and accommodating. On-site parking is a real bonus in Torquay and it’s just a short walk to the beach, a little longer to the harbour where most of the restaurants are situated. We usually stay in a Premier Inn or similar for a weekend trip. This was the same price and much much better, I would definitely recommend it.
