We were in town for our son's graduation at CSU. We had family coming in from out of state. This was the perfect house for our group. The location is super convenient for Loveland and only 12 min from Fort Colins. We also really liked the Benson Sculpture Garden 4 min away off of W 29th street. We really enjoyed the backyard area. The outdoor seating was comfortable with plenty of seating and two large shade umbrellas. Had a great time playing corn hole and using the hot tub. The photos give the impression that the hot tub is behind an out building but in reality it is all connected. It is a really nice outdoor living area. The only draw backs to the house is that it doesn't have a garbage disposal and there are some squeaky floor boards. Those are really minor negatives when looking at the whole of our experience with the house. The kitchen was clean, modern and perfect for our needs. We used the kitchen for every meal and never ate out (great family time). The Kitchen was well stocked with Coffee, Tea, and even pancake mix. Most importantly everything was super clean through out the house. I could go over all of the rooms and living spaces but to save time I'll just say that the bedding was of very good quality. Each room was well decorated, comfortable, and clean. The whole house has a nice feel to it. Also the family room downstairs with foosball, pingpong, board games, huge couch and TV made this house and our stay fun. Over all we had a great stay and would stay again!

All elements of the property were top notch, well organized, and accommodating. It is rare you see a property which is so well managed with all the amenities you can ask for while going the extra mile to assure quests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. We will be back for sure. Cheers!

Our stay at Franklin Retreat was picture perfect! Jennifer has considered every detail in this perfectly decorated cottage. We were in town for our son's wedding and the cottage was conveniently located near both the rehearsal dinner restaurant and the wedding venue as well as nearby grocery shopping and restaurants. We so appreciated the kind welcome note and delicious cookies upon our arrival. I truly cannot say enough good things about how lovely and well appointed the Franklin Retreat is.

This was our second stay here! Love it and feels better than home. Will definitely be back.

The property was clean, just as pictured, the host responded immediately whenever we contacted her, the location was excellent, access was simple , everything about it was good. We were there for my daughters wedding and were very busy so we didn’t get to enjoy the great backyard but we highly recommend this property and stay there again in a heartbeat. Loveland is a great area with lots to do.

The house was immaculate...probably the cleanest rental property I have ever been in. The games were great to occupy the children when we weren't out ad about. The backyard was peaceful and secluded. Jennifer was communicative and attentive to our needs, she is a great host! Should I need to rent a house in Loveland again, I would definitely choose the Franklin Retreat.

This rental property is as described if not better. The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. The communication was straightforward and it was easy to enter the property. The owner keeps everything well stocked with great amenities although we didn't use as much as we could have as we weren't in the house too much due to visiting for a work event. The upstairs bathroom was nice as well with plenty of towels and toiletries that were made available. We only stayed on the top floor and those bedrooms were both very comfortable with plenty of space. Downstairs does tend to run a littler colder if the A/C is in use. The wifi worked very well and came in handy as my AT&T cell reception was terrible on this trip. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and extras. The options for coffee beans was a nice touch as well. We did not use the hot tub so I can't review that. The driveway only fits two vehicles as mentioned so be ready for that. The home is easy to find and close to the lake area. I definitely would stay at this location again and can recommend it.

The home was nestled in a peaceful quaint neighborhood, two blocks from a lake. Everything was within a responsible distance (downtown, devil's back bone, restaurants). Jennifer was great and super easy to contact. There was so many wonderful amenities that we indulged in. They thought of everything! I would recommend this property to anyone in need of a relaxing vacation. 10 out of 10!!

Pictures and description was spot on. The house was ideal for our week long stay. The host thought of everything to make our stay worry free. I generally bring back up kleenex boxes, shampoo, hand lotion, olive oil, baggies, spices, coffee...none was needed. The house is very tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. We were welcomed with some delicious monster sized cookies too.

Thanks for creating such a warm and cozy port for our Colorado trip. Our entire family enjoyed the nice amenities and thoughtful embellishments. You thought of all of our needs. It was well situated for various day trips to Colorado sites at a fair price. Thank you!

We stayed for a family event. Perfect location, quit neighborhood, and had everything we needed.

The property was clean and as advertised. It was a convenient location. The house was adequately stocked with necessities. We had some issues with the wifi, but the host worked with us to get that corrected as soon as possible. My one complaint would be the bath towel situation. We had 1 towel per person and told we could get fresh towels after staying 5 days. We were not allowed to wash them and reuse. I ended up buying some towels for us to wash and reuse. I did not ask about getting towels before the 5 days, but it is likely the host would have done that for us as she was friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area with a small group of 6 or less.

We had such an amazing stay at this well-appointed gem of a place! The owner has thought of so many little details! I really appreciated extra washcloths for makeup removal, comfy rugs, pillows and blankets, and a basket full of magazines and brochures about the area! The decor is cute and artsy. A well appointed Kitchen also made our early mornings and evenings easy to manage. Love this place! The owner was wonderful. We’ll be back!

This lovely home was so clean, close to everything, and so well equipped. Gourmet coffees, breakfast foods, toiletries and the most fabulous basement equipped with foosball, ping pong, board games, and even a stationery bike for exercise. Backyard was also ready for playing or to just relax. Don't stay anywhere else!

My family stayed warm and cozy in this cute bungalow over Christmas 2022 in the midst of Storm Elliott with sub-zero temperatures. Touches of Christmas decorated the home which included thoughtful amenities to make our stay perfect. Questions and needs were responded to quickly. I highly recommend this home and hope that we can come back again. Thank you, Jennifer, for being an excellent hostess - we loved it!

We stayed here a couple of days the home was very cozy, we really liked the location and neighborhood, it was nice and quiet. The property was clean and the owner was very nice and communicative. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a clean and nice place. The neighborhood was so quiet and the backyard was so relaxing. They have thought of everything in this little place. My dad does not like to go on vacation so I thought having a VRBO would help him instead of a hotel. And he said “make sure you tell him this is a great place. “

It was perfect. Plenty of space, well stocked with anything we could need. Great instructions, very clean and comfortable. Quiet Location and still close to everything. Jennifer was just incredible at communicating and making sure our stay was everything we could hope for! We will definitely stay here again.

In a quiet neighborhood but close to dining, groceries, and downtown Loveland. Comfy furniture and beds, fully equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean, very well thought out and arranged for travelers.

It was very clean & convenient. It worked perfect for my husband & I that met our grandson & his daughter & the other Grandma.

My husband, 14 year old son and I loved this property. We have stayed at MANY VRBOs over the years and Jen's home easily stands out amongst then all. There was no detail forgotten from the makeup towels to the extra toothbrushes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Loveland and/or Estes Park area!!

Wow…..this property was great! It was so clean, organized and comfy. It had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was amazing. The neighborhood is sweet and it’s walking distance to the lake. Such a great find……..we will stay again 😊

Great property!! Everything is exactly as listed in the VRBO information and it was perfect for our family during our time in Loveland!! Close enough to travel into Denver for baseball and the next day hit Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park!! All the little details were perfect, from coffee to ziplock baggies for our daily travels!

This place was perfect for my family of 6! It was a beautiful house and had everything we could want and more. We will be back!

Our family of six enjoyed a three-night stay at this property over the Fourth of July holiday. It’s proximity to the lake to view the fireworks was so convenient! The house was very clean. I appreciated the host’s attention to detail, providing extra toothbrushes, coffee and breakfast, etc. Our four kids enjoyed the foosball table and games as well as the generous entertainment area in the basement. The back yard was great for enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings. The temperature of the house was fine despite not having central AC. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the area.

This rental was like a dream. From the property, to the host and everything in between. It’s the cutest little house in such a nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and everything you could possibly need. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. When I requested more towels, I had them within the hour and the host replenished our coffee and dropped off more items that she noticed we were running low on. Communication was a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend this rental and this host. The very best experience!
