The house is better than the pictures . So very clean with plenty of room for the nine of us. Enjoyed the hot tub and swim spa, and the community area is just beautiful. Love that it is a great location close to many sites. The only negative thing is that one week is never enough :(. Thanks for opening your home to us. Cindy R

We took our teenagers for Spring Break. Everything you could possibly want to do is close by. The house was super clean, check in process was very easy, and the property managers were accessible. The clubhouse was perfect for our kids to have some autonomous hang out time. The check out process is reasonable. Great way to have a low key adventure away from home.

Great getaway for family with mix of adults, teens, kids and infants. Plenty of room for a post Christmas reunion. A beautiful, clean home that fit us just right. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with all necessary amenities. Plenty of accommodations for family of 13. Never felt crowded. Swim spa was a hit right in back of the house. Owner was quick to answer questions before and during our vacation. Very attentive. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Visiting Zion

We loved the house. There were just 5 of us on this trip and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The only thing that didn’t work for us was trying to do a movie night….the couch just isn’t suitable for people to sprawl out and relax. But we loved the location and all the amenities that the house came with. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever out that way.

This was a perfect place to stay. Very clean. We had 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone had plenty of space. Close to Zion National park and both lakes. The kids loved the pool in the back and the pool at the club house. We used the black stone for most of the meals, easy and very convenient. All in all very nice home, perfect for families and friends and close to everything you need. Thank you!

Great, centrally located place to stay while visiting all the sites in Southern UT. New house, very clean, lots of comfortable places to sit and rest. The kids had a blast with the various games and clubhouse pool. Check in and out were quick and easy.

Very spacious townhome - worked great for our family of 7. Good amenities and great place to stay to visit Zion Canyon.

Well designed for a family stay. It met everyone's needs, from activities to needs for privacy. We needed a home base while we went canyoneering in Zions and this exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time

The property was fabulous for our big family! Brand new construction, very well appointed. The little neighborhood of townhomes was great for the kids, teens and us grownups too. We were close to Zion and Sand Hollow, and just had a lovely stay. No complaints, except the lady next to the pickle ball courts, was super frustrated about the short wall separating her back yard from courts and we lost a few balls to her backyard quite a few times. We’ll be back :)

House was super clean and owner very responsive. Had a great time and will definitely come back. It would be nice to have a book inside that explains more information on the backyard (it wasn’t clear if the gate to other neighbor’s backyard was available (we didn’t try to go in) since it appeared to be unlocked. Helpful to mention that the BBQ is actually a griddle. Worked great for us so we easily pivoted from our dinner plans. And to be fair, maybe this was all mentioned in the description, but we booked pretty far in advance so maybe we just didn’t remember. Can’t wait to go back!

This spacious home accommodated our large group (6 adults, 3 kids) very nicely. Nice gathering spaces, convenient pool in backyard, and manager was quick to reply to questions we had during our stay.

Well located for the variety activites in the Zions/St George area. Plenty of room, impeccably clean, lots of thoughtful amenities for families with children. We would stay again without hesitation. Extremely accommodating and responsive hosts.

The home has a great layout. Nice big tv’s in each room. We loved having the spa and hot tub in the backyard. The clubhouse pool looked awesome but it was too chilly for the time we were there in October. Due to miscommunication the home wasn’t clean when we arrived, the manager was able to get it cleaned and I appreciated the partial refund .

This is a beautiful house! Big rooms, great kitchen, WONDERFUL large hot tub, wonderfully decorated and comfortable! My family and I loved it!

The house was really nice and had everything we needed. Hot tub was huge and awesome for lots of people. The kitchen had what we needed (including a griddle), the master bathroom shower was huge and nice, and there were ample towels and bedding, bikes, and paddle boards. The owner was very responsive, and even allowed us to drop our stuff off in the garage a little early so we wouldn’t have to haul everything with us to Zion National Park. The problem was, when we got in late that night, most of the beds were unmade, towels were used, and the garbages weren’t emptied due to some miscommunication with the maids. Michael messaged me back despite the late hour, and gave us the code to the laundry room. It was an ordeal washing all the bedsheets and towels for 15 people till 1 or 2 in the morning…luckily there were two washers and dryers. Michael issued a partial refund quickly and that was appreciated. But that was kind of a pain. The smoke detector also starting going off as we were falling asleep due to a low battery, and the paddle boards didn’t have fins (just a heads up to the owner). Anyway. Honestly a great place, just dont do an early check in cause the cleaners might get confused and it might throw some things off :D But if that hadn’t happened we would have been fine! I’d still recommend it.

New development in Hurricane - easy access to Zion (about an hour). Most everything is new. Huge hot tub on patio and access to community pool/lazy river/hottub and grills. Very clean and spacious for the 6 of us. Large kitchen for cooking. Seems like this is a new-ish rental; there are a few things still needed for full cooking functionality and more info needed for using the home (like directions to the pool!). Overall, a great rental and our group had a fabulous time.

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool at the clubhouse. Michael was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Great location for visiting Zion as well as some of the smaller state parks. Highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Hurricane.

The condo is new and spacious, clubhouse has pool and lazy river and professional grills. The only confusion it's advertised as 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms, and people can assume every bedroom has its own bathroom. It is not the case. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, while there is a separate half bathroom downstairs without a shower.
