Our children played soccer this weekend in Pensacola. Ours and another family stayed in this condo on the beach. The home was lovely and the listing was exactly as described.

This property is well maintained and gave us all great comfortable "at home" feels. We all enjoyed our stay so much, ages 60 down to 5yrs. Perfect location to the beach and we loved the heated pool too after our long day. The condo is well stocked down to the games/books and the bedrooms are very large and roomy.

Family and good times! We enjoyed our stay. The condo does need a good deep cleaning and also needs some repair and updating. We had a good time and didn’t let this bother us for the most part.

We love staying at San Souci. You can't beat the location. This property was spacious and allowed us to spread out with 3 large bedrooms. A great balcony view, well stocked. Everything we needed.

Bay view from our front door. Pool was clean and beautiful with beach views. Would have liked some shaded area or umbrellas around the pool.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Pensacola. Great access to the beach and within walking distance to a fabulous restaurant (Peg Leg Pete’s). We enjoyed the on-site pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

It was an amazing location and amazing view. Close to everything and there was good and fast communication with the owner. Pool and hot tub were nice after a beautiful beach day. Fort Pickens is a must and watching the Blue Angels also.

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful beachfront view. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was just what we needed to have some wonderful seafood meals. The building was quiet and easily accessible. We'd love to stay again someday!

We loved how quiet the property was and away from the touristy part of Pensacola Beach. However, the convenience of being across the street from Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete's made us feel like we weren't completely remote. The Condo was clean, decorated cute, able to sleep a group, and cannot beat the views! Our group came to town for a wedding so it was a quick stay, but we home to come back one day!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious and as the listing described. We loved the ocean view and spent lots of time on the deck. We enjoyed listening to the waves and walking on the beach. The condo pool, facility, grounds and garage were nice and clean. The condo was easy to find and centrally located for activities, restaurants and shopping. Our favorite restaurants were the 5 Sisters Cafe, Rotolos and Ruby Slipper Cafe. Shaggys had the best Bushwacker drinks. We would stay at this condo again.

My only complaint is refrigerator had water in the bottom. The oven smoked really bad first night there not sure why. Washer/ dryer had some mildew ring around it. Ceiling fan needed dusting in living room. It was very beautiful and we had a great time. I would come back again. The view, omg!we left a bag of t shirts in one of the drawers.120$. The condo is beautiful, was very clean and had plenty of room, beautiful view of the ocean, the host was great with communication, it was everything I hoped for and more. I will definitely try to book this condo again anytime I’m in the area.

My family (5 adults and 4 kids under 5) wanted one more beach weekend before summer ends. This condo was perfect for us. The location was great. The bedroom set up was just what we needed and the owner was pleasant and thoughtful. Everything was provided which made our trip easy and fun.

We had a great time at the Condo. The view and location was perfect and we loved that we could walk across the street for dinner at Peg Leg Pete's. The condo was clean and had an awesome view and the owner was very kind and responsive. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

This has been our best beach vacation yet. The weather has been perfect! The condo was perfect! The condo owner is more accommodating than anyone we have worked with! We will be staying again. If you are looking for low key relaxation and non crowded beach this is the place for you! We love San souci!

We had a Great Visit. Everything was clean and Comfortable. We had some issues with a couple TV’s that were likely user issues, but the Manager was quick to respond even scheduling a service call from the cable provider. He was very eager to help. We experienced great food and great service at all of the Restaurants that we visited. And the Beach was beautiful.

As they say in real estate, location, location, location. If you want the best location on the beach look no further. I’m picky and it was a very nice condo! I don’t cook on vacation, but the kitchen seemed very well equipped. Would stay here again.

This condo is one of the nicest in the Sans Souci building. It is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds. The condo is also well supplied with anything you need. The view is spectacular and the sunsets even from the balcony are breathtaking. Robert is great to work with and is very responsive. I love this part of Pensacola because it is quieter and access is so simple. We really enjoyed our stay. it was peaceful and relaxing.

We had another wonderful trip to Pensacola Beach. The condo was great. Perfect location, views and space. The beds are very comfortable. I like having a security gate for the property. We are coming back.

The property is very well maintained. Communication is superb with the owner. Such a nice gentleman. I would highly recommend staying with them. The location is perfect.

Great place. I gave good for accuracy of listing because it had a washer/dryer but dryer didn’t work so we had to use quarters to dry loads of clothes. Washer and dryer were important with kids and sandy beaches. The kids AND adults loved all the games. All in all I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful property. It was very well stocked with all of the necessary items needed on vacation and the spacing was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
