The best location in Carlsbad in my opinion. Way from the busiest part of the beach. More family friendly. Still within walking distance of downtown. MAJOR plus, Parking! You have you own parking space.

This was an ideal location for a family get-together. The location could not have been more idea. Imagine watching the sun sink into the ocean every evening. The host was communicative and very helpful. I would definitely rent this condo again.

We have stayed at a number of different places in Carlsbad and this is a prime location. Right on Carlsbad Blvd close to The Village. Walking distance to everywhere, right in front of a crosswalk and stairs down to the beach!

Trip was almost perfect. The Wifi is not good. That needs to be upgraded but everything else was awesome

This place was amazing and Jason made the process so easy. We were able to enjoy the beach anytime we wanted and it was a quick 10 min ride to Legoland! Only a 5 min walk to food and bars. We had a great time!

We stayed in condo #A. It was amazing! The views were amazing! The condo was excellent, clean and inviting. We rated this 5 stars for overall quality and the fact that everything was close by as well as the beach view. We would definitely stay again.

this is in a great location and the place is fine, its just not been kept up well, I can't believe all the dirt and stains the pillows are all stained, even the curtains are stained in places, the couch had crumbs all over it, there was some brown substance on the tile we had to scrape and clean off, ants in the 2nd bathroom. The sheets had hoels in them. The owner sent cleaners out to clean again, but we didn't notice a difference.

This is our third stay at this property. The location cannot be beat! The beach house is directly across PCH from the ocean with a pedestrian light at the corner and beach stairs on the ocean side. Carlsbad Village is an easy walk, with shopping, restaurants, train to San Diego.
The property is well-kept and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. California beach vacation at its best!

This place was incredible! Parking, beach chairs and umbrellas, 2 bedroom and 2 bath, literal steps to ocean! Had everything we needed, even spare blankets and pillows. If you like drip coffee, then bring some coffee with. They do offer keurig pods tho.

This property is updated, clean and well equipped both inside and out. Logistics and communication could not have been easier. And of course the location with beach outside the door and shops and restaurants a short walk away is ideal. We'll be back!

Super clean! We had everything that we needed for Thanksgiving. Loved having chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The beach had easy access and everything. Including restraunts we could walk to. Thank you for sharing your condo with my family.

It’s a very nice apartment/condo. The owner gives explicit directions on what you need to know when you stay there.
The location is fabulous! There is a crosswalk right outside the property and the beach is right there!
And within walking distance to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One of the best beach houses Ive rented. Jason was very prompt in answering any questions I had. Very Beautiful Sunsets and Ocean Views. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jason😁

Property was in a perfect location steps to the beach just cross the street! Easy walk to downtown and amenities were wonderful.
Only downside was maybe if you have noisy neighbors above you but not a deal breaker for us as ours were pleasant and just heard some movement. Thanks for the great stay!

The property manager is a dream to communicate with. So kind and efficient.
The house is clean and updated. You’ll need to bring more kitchen conveniences, but that’s about it. Close to beach and in walking distance to restaurants and the village. Great vacay!

We were very pleased with the property and its location. It is well maintained, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Being directly across from the beach and withing walking distance to several restaurants and shops made our stay very enjoyable.

This was the perfect location and the first floor two bedroom unit was amazing. Unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to have a great time. You will not regret booking this.

There was a covered parking spot and a storage closet full of all kinds of beach equipment like toys and chairs. The beach was across the street and down a staircase, not hard to access but the stairs may prove challenging for some. Carlsbad Village is a couple of blocks away and full of shopping and dining. The owner was accommodating and responsive. Overall it was a great place to stay at the beach.
