Great place. Clean and communication with Owner was great.

Our stay with Jay at Ocean Breeze was beyond perfect. The home was perfect for our family. The lift was great for my great aunt in a wheel chair. Jay was a gracious host, he answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Overall a 5 star stay.

We had a great time at this dog-friendly vacation home! Rented the golf cart for ease of getting around Sea Isle which was tons of fun! Sea Isle is a great community with restaurant and bar, marina, small grocery store, fishing pier and swimming pool. The cargo lift was awesome for loading and unloading. Would definitely stay here again!

Owner was quick to respond if we had any questions. Would stay here again!

The proximity to the beach was excellent, especially with the rental of the golf cart!! We ran multiple laps per day! The fenced yard allowed for the children to safely play outside! Kitchen was large enough to do all our cooking and to conveniently feed kids. The nice outdoor shower made post-beach clean up super easy.

This property was super convenient to the beach. You just cross the main road and you're there. There's a small grocery store and convenient store within 5-10 minute drive from the property. I would recommend this location if you don't want to be near crowds and you plan on cooking/barbecuing at the house. Since this area is far from the popular area of Galveston, there are less restaurant/food places around. Thus, if you're looking to eat out a lot, I would go closer to the boardwalk area. Check in and check out was a breeze. Jay was very communicative and I appreciated his flexibility when our plans changed slightly last minute. Though the place sleeps 14 thanks to the two full bunk beds in one room, I probably wouldn't recommend that many people staying unless you don't plan on spending a majority of the time at the house. The kitchen and living area would've felt crowded with 14 people hanging out at once. We had 10 people and most of us sat on the floor to hang out. We rented the golf cart and it was fun to drive it around the community. Note since you can't drive the golf cart on the main road, you really can only drive the cart around the neighborhood and to the beach. Even though you're walking distance to the beach, I would recommend getting the cart so you can drive all your supplies over. Plus, it's just fun to drive the cart around. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would book again.

The property was clean and located in a great neighborhood and not too far from the ocean! Jay is very attentive and communication is excellent! He would check in on us from time to time and when I told him we were out of something he was very quick to respond and get us what we needed. He's also very open minded and appreciates suggestions to make the house and the stay even better! We had a wonderful time and will definitely consider Ocean Breeze again for future travels to Galveston! Thanks again Jay for everything!

The house was great, plenty of room for 14 people, clean and great decks for hanging out and bbq. Enjoyed our stay, and sleep!

We had a great time staying here for the weekend. We brought our family with grown kids and our grandkids - was 10 of us all together and we had plenty of room. The property is located very close to the beach and to a great restaurant. We will definitely come back - everyone had a great time - place was just as pictured and Jay was great checking in on and us and such - great host. FYI - no wine glasses so bring one if you are like me - I was able to pick one up at the marina store - but kitchen had everything else you need - we cooked several meals for our group.

The house is just as listed. The host Jay, was very attentive and always prompt with responding. We'll definitely be back!!!

We booked this home for a low key spring break getaway. The home fit my family of 5 and my sister-in-law’s family of 3 perfectly. 2 master set-ups, and 2 kid bunk rooms. The home is very clean and fully stocked w/ all things needed in the kitchen/grilling station. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Only missing item in the kitchen was a large boiling pot for a seafood boil. Full size washer and dryer and the housekeeping staff has detergent pods for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Loved all of the up-to-date charging stations around the home. We all had a smart tv in all rooms as well. Rent the golf cart!!! You don’t want to cross the main road on foot to get to the beach, and it’s easier to park a golf cart at the marina and pier. You won’t need your car unless you drive into Galveston for entertainment. Honestly, there was enough to do in the neighborhood that we only left once all week long to go to the strand. The neighborhood was perfect! Private park, boat launch, restaurant, pier, pool, small grocery, and bait shop. Older kids are perfectly safe roaming around the neighborhood. There is a bar and food truck park walking distance from the cabin as well. Lastly, the fenced in yard was ideal for a family w/ kids or pets. We would absolutely consider booking again. Jay has excellent communication skills. We had a minor electrical issue during our stay and he responded w/in minutes each time we needed to text him regarding the situation. Not cons, only upgrade suggestions- I would add the boiling pot in the kitchen, ask the housekeeping staff to leave more wash cloths in the bathrooms, and add a heavier comforter or heated blanket in each bedroom closet for those who freeze at night.

We came down for a weekend for our granddaughters wedding. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful home, great fenced yard and the ability to rent the golf cart made things easy. The house is equipped with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen room and a prep island to die for. The ease of communication was amazing. Great location and neighborhood too. The marina is a must for great seafood. We will definitely return!

It was perfect for our family gathering. We loved the proximity to the beach and the golf cart was a bonus! Jay was a great host and was in communication about any issues that arose. The house was clean and comfortable for our family. We look forward to visiting again!

This house is awesome. It was wheelchair accessible. The beds were comfortable. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is across the street. Jay is the greatest host.

Our stay was wonderful...the property was clean and well kept...when a problem arose Jay was quick to help and very friendly and attendative.... we would recommend this property to anyone...one any other property that Jay oversees...Thank you for the great stay!!!!!! Definitely a 5 star place!

How is nice and we’ll kept had everything you need to have an enjoyable time

Myself and some friends/family take an annual deep sea fishing trip and found this house this year. We usually pick houses based on their outside amenities and this one has it all. There are plenty of chairs and seating and we really liked that it had a downstairs bar area with a full size refrigerator and bathroom. We didn’t use them but we saw that there was cornhole boards and some other outdoor games to play. The house is very clean and plenty big for a good size group.

The house had all the essentials. Very clean and up to date. Beach, fishing pier and marina are walking distance but we rented a golf cart to get around. The downstairs area was nice and the extra bathroom and fridge in the garage was helpful. We also liked the electric gate and lift. Fenced yard was a plus. Only downside would be the ocean view as it is obstructed but we’ll definitely consider this home for next time. Host was available if we had any issues but we didn’t. We enjoyed our stay.

The patio under the home was spacious, and included an outdoor shower which was very convenient after an afternoon at the beach! There was also a half bath, and a nice patio bar. Upstairs patio was also nice with ocean views. The home inside was set up beautifully, four bedrooms comfortably accommodated our family (6 adults, 3 children) and with room to spare. The beds were firm, but comfortable. All linens and furniture were brand new, even down to the kitchen gadgets! The communication with the owner was effortless, as he was readily available within minutes of a quick text! We all thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway, the owner was very accommodating and happy to help with any questions or concerns. The neighborhood itself is a great treasure as well. There is a nice fishing pier, bait shop, restaurant, and convenience store (which was reasonably priced!) not to mention the playground for the kids! I am already counting down the days until we can have another getaway to Ocean Breeze! Thanks, Jay, for everything!
