This townhouse is much cuter than the pictures shown. Very well decorated. Each room had an en-suite bathroom and the kitchen was good sized. We did not plan to eat at the house so the set up was perfect.

This property was extremely clean and comfortable. They even had very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use on the beach!

My friends and I had a lovely stay! The place felt plenty big enough for our group of 5. The king size beds and en suite bathrooms are definitely a plus. Trevor was also very helpful!

We needed a several day stay while we were preparing to move out of state. The property was clean, well appointed and communication with the host was easy. We will definitely be back. Now, we have to buy the same grill for our new house! It was amazing and built locally!

Great place central location
This townhouse was great. Very centrally located. Easy to get to. Clean and updated. Quiet littke col da sack type neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

College Tour
Great place for access to UNCW, food and shopping. Host was easy to communicate with and respond to any issues during our stay. Close to beach access as well, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to enjoy that portion due to tropical storms. Maybe next time.

One of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed at!
We throughly enjoyed staying at this property! Check in process was so easy. The townhome is very clean and well taken care of! Our friends loved how comfortable the beds were! There was even Netflix & Hulu included which made it so nice! The location was great, close to the beach and downtown! I can’t say enough nice things about it. Would definitely come back!

VRBO in Wilmington
Our condo was amazing! The property was very clean, , and spacious. The property manager was very helpful and check-in was easy. Parking in the condo complex was never a problem either. The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps have a guest book where guests leave hints of good beaches, restaurants, etc.

Perfect for a quick getaway
Easy to find, convenient to everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

We stayed for 4 days last summer at the height of the pandemic. The owner ensured full sanitation of the rental, all of the amenities needed for our comfort, and it was just an overall beautiful space. Our girls loved their rooms and thereWas enough space for everyone.Would definitely book every summer.

Great Family Rental
We were in Wilmington for a family wedding - the condo was in excellent condition - so clean - and so very well stocked with everything we needed except our food! The communication was wonderful and it was a pleasure to stay here - it was very centrally located to all our other family in the area and the wedding festivities. Wish you had 6 Stars!!!

Nice Condo
The condo is very nice inside and is very clean. The beds were comfortable too. The check in process was easy and the communication with the owner and cleaning service was excellent. It was nice to have the extra beach chairs to use.

Nice Condo
We really enjoyed the quality of this condo. It is very neat and well put together. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was also very well stocked with most any cooking and serving utensil that would be needed. It was also very convenient having the small things so we wouldn't have to go out and buy them, such as hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. We did not use the grill, but it looked nice. Despite being a condo, we never heard the neighbors, and we did not have any problems with parking. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental.
