Walkable to Marina Beach Park and Vons. Great balcony and spacious great room. Parking available as well as easy street parking.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. The management company makes check in and communication very easy. My family (husband, 2 year old and 1 year old) and I stayed here for a week. The house has limited supplies (like towels, trash bags, etc.) The other thing to be very aware of is the layout of this home. It is clearly stated in the listing but the living room is upstairs while the kitchen and dining are downstairs. The flow is extremely awkward and perhaps not the right fit for a family with children. Again, this is on the posting. Lastly, there are 6ish signs posted throughout the home telling guests to be quiet. I understand that neighbors are in close proximity, and VRBO already states rules and quiet times. The excess number of signs (one being on the front door before you ever even enter the home) made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. I have a baby and every time he cried I worried we were bugging someone and going to get a complaint. Overall we really did have a nice stay, these are just things I would like to have pointed out to me if I were considering this home.

The house is in a great location for easy access to the Ventura beach, Pierpont neighborhood, and central Ventura. The mattresses are comfortable and the house quiet. Great for a family! The house sleeps eight people, yet only four at the only dining room table. There are four stools at the kitchen island, but this means that larger family groups can't eat comfortably together for a sit-down meal. The driveway is a little tight for two cars depending on the size of the vehicles. We had a Suburban and a Camry, and these were a tight squeeze and one car had to maneuver first to let the other one out. Easy to work around, but good to know! Finally, the three bedrooms on the ground floor share one full bath. The master and HUGE bathroom are on the second floor (with another half-bath), so parents might want to consider how to arrange sleeping arrangements if they want to be closer to the kids' bedrooms.

Beautiful home, great location, comfortable beds. Our whole family had a blast!

This was a perfect home for cooking and bonding with family. The kitchen is big and allows for cooking and socializing. It is only 5 minutes from the beach and you can still smell the ocean air. We would've liked it to be a little more stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and plastic wrap/tin foil. But it was easy to buy our own!
