We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has nice space and it’s located close to everything. Our only issue with the house was it had a pretty distinct odor of animals.

.5 stars is something that needs to be earned.... the overall experience for this trip was spot on. Not always a flashy new place that overlooks the mountains BUT..... Location 15 Minutes from Airport 20-25 to most major Ski Resorts 5-10 Minutes from Shopping & Dining. Older home with just enough amenities and quiet neighborhood. Will repeat when I'm back in the area.

Overall, the property met our needs. We found the bed to be not very comfortable. Additionally, the couches and area rugs could use some updating.

The home was clean, beds comfortable and good location. Nice yard for our dogs.

Great location and the house was just right for our visit to see our daughter in SLC. Very clean and nicely updated. We had an overnight issue with the AC that was fixed quickly and Scott, the property manager, was very responsive! Would highly recommend. Very nice park nearby for running/walking as well.

Loved staying here. Scott was a perfect host and was great about communication. Check-in and check-out were straight forward and simple. The house is in walking distance to Sugar House Park which is beautiful and great for morning walks. Close to great eateries and only 25 minute drive to Park City. House is comfy and clean. We will be back!

Cute house, great neighborhood. A few things were not as portrayed on the VRBO site. First of all the yard. It was all concrete and pavers with only a very small area to the side and back of the garage for the dogs to relieve themselves. This area was all dead one foot high weeds. A wild rose bush, a tomato cage and a large tree branch were amongst the weeds. Every time the dogs went out I had to check them for sticklers from the dead weeds. Also, vines were growing partway across the driveway from the fence. Grapes and plums were a mess on the driveway. Front sidewalk trees overhung very low over the driveway and sidewalk. We contacted the property manager about coming to clean up the yard some so it would be more conducive for the dogs and us. He said he would come out the next day but then cancelled (said something came up) but that he would send his “landscaper”. Nobody ever showed up. As stated before there was one washcloth in the whole house. The kitchen lacked some basic utensils etc. Lastly, the scented plug-ins were so overpowering when entering the house we had to remove them and open the windows to get some clean air in the house.

Overall this is a nice location. It was easy to get to anywhere in SLC from this location.The neighborhood was extremely nice and quiet.

From our first contact the host for this property was responsive and accommadating. The home was clean and comfortable. Really made our visit to Salt Lake City a pleasure.

The house is cute and clean with all the amenities you will need. The location is perfect. Lots of dining and shopping and close to the freeway. My only recommendation would be a couple small end tables next to the loveseat to place drinks on, etc. The basement bed is very squeaky, but comfortable. Very cute fire pit area in the back. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Overall great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Great location. Would stay here again. Just a few suggestions: maybe add a toaster, few dish cloths and some wash cloths. There was only one wash cloth that we located. I would suggest one per guest. Thanks.

The house is small but functional. The backyard is nice in good weather. The beds were comfortable, and the house met all our needs.

This is a really lovely house and superbly located! We found the house to be exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and VERY comfortable. We couldn't use the patio out back due to weather, but it looked like a great place to hang out around the fire pit at night. The location is fantastic for taking walks (short walking distance from Sugarhouse park), with lots of amenities very close by. The only negative we had were the provided kitchen supplies. We love to cook when traveling and, while the basics were there, the supplies (pots, pans, knives, etc.) were a bit lacking. If that's not important to you then what is there will be meet your needs. Hint - the Harmon's grocery store about a mile south of the house is fantastic!! Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again. The owner was extremely responsive to inquiries and the property is simply wonderful. Made for a very fun and comfortable visit to SLC!!

Overall the house has all you need. The owner generously offered shampoo and shower needs for both bathrooms, extra towels and pillows. He was extremely responsive and kind. The home was in need of some updates. Very squeaky bed frame in main bedroom that was downstairs in a renovated cellar., it woke my husband or myself up every time we turned over. The main bathroom shower had barely any water pressure. The kitchen felt awkward without a lot of counter space, was not an open concept flow to the living room. The staircase was super steep and difficult to maneuver. The television was just Netflix not cable. The fenced backyard wasn't directly out of back door, you have to open the gate . It makes it hard when you've got a dog that runs... it'd be so great if the fence started in front of the back door, so your kids and dogs can easily run outside without the gate as an obstacle. Again, great location and adorable street! Sugarhouse is a great area of SLC!

This property is located in an amazing neighborhood close to Sugarhouse shops, parks and roadways. We walked everywhere and discovered the best places were a block away. Scott has everything you need to be comfortable. It was so nice to be in a safe, friendly and beautiful location. He was open to renting to our group including 4 adults a 2 year old and 2 dogs. When issues came up he was quick to respond. We hope to return next time in SLC again and again!

The property was within close driving distance to all the amenities we needed as a family of five. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable.

We were in town for a few days to help family move into a new space, and this property was in a convenient location. This house is within walking distance of Sugar House Park, which was a nice jogging/walking destination. The amenities were good, however a toaster would have been nice (perhaps it was there and we just did not spot it). We did not see any explicit instructions for expectations for checkout, but we got prompt replies to any/all questions we had on that topic, and any/all other questions we had leading up to and during our stay. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. There is a nice restaurant in close walking distance to the property that had great breakfast. The place is a decent size. On the down side, the place could use a good dusting and the place smelled musty throughout our stay. The sound bar for the main television did not put out very much sound so it was hard to hear any movies when the air conditioning was running. We gave up on movie night.

Myself, my mom, brother and sister in law traveled to Sugar House for a wedding. The house was just as expected clean, comfortable and great location. We had two things we wished for; more mirrors around the house would have helped three ladies to get dressed quicker and the ability to turn up the volume on the TV in the main room. After full days of activities we wanted to relax and watch a show together but we couldn’t hear the TV no matter what we tried.

Established neighborhood with mature trees. Quiet. Close to our appointments. Convenient.

This was a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The master suite is downstairs with an on suite bathroom and large screen TV. Two bedrooms upstairs (one with bunk bed and other with queen and TV. Air conditioner worked great and location was perfect for our needs. Lots of places to eat within 7 minutes. I think we are the first to rent it. Had a few suggestions but over all a great stay.
