We had a wonderful, long weekend with our family at Paradise at Palisades. The house is spacious and well-stocked. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking on the lake. Great place to stay!

Property was average. Landscaping was overgrown, multiple items not in working order(i.e. umbrella, leaking ceiling, jacuzzi covered and it appears non functioning for a period of time, carpets with stains throughout home, slime green moss or mold beneath patio furniture on carpet and bed spreads with multiple stains. Property manager did replace be spreads with new ones on 1st day.

Our family had a great vacation! This was a great place to stay with Kids, the pool and fenced in area was perfect. We all loved going on the lake and then having a cozy night watching a moving!

Our relaxing experience far exceeded our expectations! The Lake view was incredible along with the surrounding nature and wildlife (deer, turtles, fish) so peaceful! We’ll definitely be back again!

Great location on the lake! The house is on a cove off of the lake which was great for swimming/kayaking. The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was also well-stocked with cooking and grilling supplies. The views from the balcony and back porch were nice as well, highly recommend!

A group of my friends went to celebrate two birthdays (mind you the age span was 26-36) there were 14 of us staying in the house. Although the limit says 10 we only needed one small blow up mattress for friends we had come stay from Charlotte so they didn’t have to drive while inebriated. From the moment we stepped on the property we felt like were being watched. Due to the fact that most of us had to drive separate because we are all from different areas we had a good amount of cars. So not even 5 hours into being there we got a call asking how many people we had (which was 14-15 one coming just to say hello). I had anticipated this call because of the ring camera on the front door, and the owner of the house (whom we were told he is a surgeon for whatever reason) I guess was sitting on his phone and counting the number of people that walked in the house. Next thing we know a couple hours after that the property manager shows up to the house at 11:00 at night telling us that we were too young to be there basically. Mind you we are not Neanderthals, we all own nice things, including the two boats we brought and had in and attached to the dock. Come to find out we come down to the boat the next day (with no food or alcohol on the boat over night) the boats are COVERED in ants. So bad that they have gotten inside the boats and we now have to flush out the speaker system and boat as a whole. This house has the absolute worst ant infestation I have ever seen. I don’t see a place to attach pictures of the ants but anyone is welcome to message me about it and I will gladly share. Overall, do not stay at this house if you plan on having a little bit of fun because ageism is definitely a factor for this house owner. We had nice things we brought to this property now to be ruined due to ants.
