It was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Located close to the squares which is super convenient.

The property and location were great. Close to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Nice neighborhood for walking, close to groceries and pharmacy. Great restaurants and music. Would be helpful to have instructions on how to access local TV channels for the area, and also instructions on using the golf cart.

NICE CLEAN WELL SITUATED TO ATTRACTIONS

Visiting our grand children in Tavares on this trip and hotels were full. Property was very clean and well equipped. Pictures were accurate. Only a couple of reasons for 4 star rating…..1. Only master bath had a single roll of toilet paper and extra bath had none on arrival. Fortunately, only a 1 mile trip to Publix or Winn Dixie. Also did not have soap in either bath. 2. TV can be difficult if you’re not up on streaming. We figured it out but it took a minute. Some instructions would have proven helpful.
Despite the minor hiccups, we loved the property and would likely rent again.

Very nice home in great location. Property was as shown in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Close to Spanish Springs and Chula Vista Recreation Center is right down the road-good open pickleball in the mornings! Deeana was very responsive and helpful. Would rent again-highly recommend.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The villages had lots of things to do plenty of entertainment and shopping.Accommodation was perfect nice and clean updated home with a golf cart no less would stay again

The home was well appointed and the VRBO agent was cheerful, responsive, and professional. Great experience. Having the golf cart was fun!

The host was lovely and very helpful especially for checkin! The home is in a great
location and we especially enjoyed the back porch .....very nice talk/tv space to relax!
If considering The Villages, it's a great house to "base" from and try out the "lifestyle"
for longer periods to spend with friends in the area, etc.
Highly recommend with all amenities thoughtfully provided!

We had a great time . House was clean . Perfect location. Wish we had stayed there longer. The host was very accomadating and if you need a guest pass give her advance notice as she has to coordinate with the villages. its a fun place to go plenty of pools in the area and lots of things to do.

My husband and I enjoy visiting the Villages once a year. This home was very clean and a mile from Spanish Springs Square making the golf cart included very convenient. It was a quiet neighborhood and the closed in sunroom was nice for times we stayed in. We would definitely recommend this home.

This was the perfect location for our family while visiting Grandparents over the Holiday weekend. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Enough space for everyone…it’s not brand new…but it’s nicely updated and well maintained. Check in was a breeze.
The only downside was the confusion of receiving multiple emails from different property managers. I emailed two of them to ask for clarification on the check-in time (times differed from e-mail to email) and never got a response.
If we can’t stay with family this will definitely be an option for us.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The entire process was flawless and very easy. Location was perfect - super close to Spanish Springs square. The pool is in within walking distance or VERY short ride by golf cart. Golf cart was like brand new and ran perfectly which made for an even nicer stay. So many nice amenities in the facility - we didn't need anything. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of open space in this location. When we return to the Villages I will surely book again. THANK YOU!!

Home away from home
We enjoyed staying here so much. We will definitely stay again should the opportunity arise. Very nice people in the community and a beautiful home. The owner is very responsive and helpful, enjoyed communicating with her. You have all your basic needs and the beds super comfy! The check in process was super easy. The community has music every evening and lots if nice shopping and Restaurants. We especially enjoyed eating at the Gators Dockside. There was a golf cart you could use and loved explore different parks you could drive to in it. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
