This 4 bedroom home was perfect for 4 couples traveling together. The outdoor space is amazing as is the inside. The owner has thought of everything you could need for the beach, for cooking, for the pool. The owner is very very responsive and answers all questions for 1st timers to Aruba. We would stay here again. Steongly recommend.

Our group of 3 couples had a fabulous stay at this very well-appointed home in Noord, Aruba. Communication with the owner and property manager were great from the moment we rented. The house is very spacious with four en-suite bedrooms and lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed sitting by and playing in the pool, playing cornhole, and sitting up on the deck. The beach and tons of restaurants and shops are only a short drive away. Our favorite restaurant, “The Oak”, was only about a two block walk from the house. We liked it so much, we went there twice! Our group has traveled all over the world and we highly recommend this rental!

Perfect location and perfect home. Fully equipped with everything you could ever think of needing while on vacation. Great home! No complaints. Clean and spacious home with 4 King bedrooms each with en-suite bath. We loved the outdoor space with beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, shade and tables for outdoor dining. Washer and dryer were super helpful. Plenty of coolers and beach chair to take to nearby beaches. Great location just a couple minutes drive to shops, bars, grocery, restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Owner and property manager very communicative and helpful. Don’t hesitate, just book it. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

We had a family group of 8. The house was perfect for us. The indoor/outdoor space gave us plenty of room. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which is a must when traveling in a group this size. The location is great ! No worries about bringing coolers, beach chairs/towels or snorkel equipment, they are readily available in the house. The upper deck has great views. I would recommend making a reservation at the OAK. It is one of the best restaurants on the island and it is a stones throw away from the house. When we plan our next family vacation, we will definitely stay here.

This was a lovely property in Aruba. The house had all of the needed amenities and a wonderful outdoor patio and pool.

Sometimes what you see is not what you get. Not the case with Bakval 4! What you see is EXACTLY what you get, if not more. Everything about the house and property is spot on. Mark is a wonderful host, and property manager Izaita is so easy and responsive to work with. If we could give this property a 10*, we would!!

The house was great with the exception of 2 exterior rear doors that didn’t lock. We were told by the property manager that new doors have been ordered so that should be resolved soon. The only other suggestion I would have is to supply two sets of bath towels and wash cloths for each guest. We ended up running the washer and dryer more than needed as our family took showers at different times of the day so it was inconvenient to do 3-4 towels at a time. The host was great with communication and was available at request. The house was in a great location and had a beautiful outdoor space. The property manager provided an extra beach towel for my daughter that joined us a few days after our arrival.

This property is just as described and more. The house is bright, spacious, and our family of 7 found it very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a wine fridge and Ninja Professional Blender, great for smoothies and Pina Coladas. The pool area has lots of seating, including a covered outdoor dining area. Parking is right on the property. The host, Mark, was very responsive and helpful answering our questions and giving recommendations. Property manager, Izaira, was very friendly and helpful. She met us at the property, gave us a tour and answered any questions we had. Our time in beautiful Aruba was made extra special by staying at this property.

This was a perfect home for us. Four master bedrooms with ensuites really provided us the privacy that all couples wanted. We had 6 adults and a toddler with us and the living room provided enough room for us to all relax comfortably while the toddler still had plenty of room to play. Dining room comfortably had room for 8 and the kitchen had absolutely everything that we needed for the week we were there. The outside space was incredible. Multiple lounge/seating options for all and provided the ability to enjoy the outdoor space in or out of the sun. It was great to have the laundry room and half bath outside as it prevented anyone from having to go through the home wet and we could easily throw our wet towels right into the dryer. We were also all impressed with how well the air conditioners worked in the living room and all bedrooms. The location of the home was fantastic. You definitely need a car, but it was very easy to get around from here. We did walk to beach every morning for a run and some early morning shelling and the walk was only 5-6 minutes. The owner, Mark was very responsive both prior to and during our stay. When we go back to Aruba, I will be looking to book here again!

The house is beautiful. Every room has its on bathroom which was great traveling with 3 teenagers. House was stocked with everything you need. We would definitely book this house again.

Had a wonderful stay in Aruba at Mark’s property! He was great to work with and very responsive. Great location, rented a car which was great to be able to run to grocery store for food and drinks, and even cooked on the grill a couple nights for dinner. Having the pool was amazing for morning and evening swims and the rooftop deck was so relaxing with great views! Loved all the beach bars and restaurants that were close to the property. We also took a UTV tour, played golf, visited the lighthouse, got a spa massage and even did a beach yoga session! It was the trip of the lifetime!!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is spacious, has lots of amenities, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the pool! We will book here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing time. Mark, the host, was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded very quickly to my questions. Most of my friends stayed at the Marriott, so I had a lot of questions about renting a house and driving around on the island. Mark answered so so many questions that were not related to the property, but more to vacationing in Aruba. The house is beautiful. 4 large bedrooms with king beds and private bath for each room. Beautiful lightening system. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. I counted many chairs for eating around the pool deck. The upstairs outside deck was perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach. A nice combination of shade (chickee) and sun around the pool. Location of the house was perfect. About 5 min drive to the Marriott and Moomba beach (parking places). So easy to get to Arashi and Eagle beaches - more space and less hectic than Palm beach. Supermarket was less than 10 minutes away. Izaira, the property manager, was amazing as well - friendly, knowledgeable, very available. I needed help with a minor fixing which could have waited till the next morning. But she came the same night to help. Looking forward to staying at Bakval 4 in the future. Great house every room has its own bathroom. Great indoor outdoor space , it was amazing to sit outside. We love Aruba for its safety and beautiful beaches. We always Rent-A-Car and go around the whole island. This was a great house to come home to every night grill food and hang out after long beach day dip in the pool ! One of the bedrooms access is from outside near the pool, didn’t matter to us. The property was super clean and was very easy to talk to the property manager and owner. If you need anything, they’re right, there would go again And the super food grocery store is amazing! Also used Aruba‘s baby rental service, for everything we need thank you

What a beautiful, charming house just steps outside of the Palm Beach conveniences, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities! The house fit our party of seven perfectly. It was exceptionally clean, plenty of areas around the pool to hide from the sun and had a great window in the kitchen that we could open up when we decided to do a house pool day to bring the inside of the home to the outside pool area. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. Walking distance to Oak Restaurant (amazing!) Above all, the ownership and management of the property was what made our trip - exceptionally easy to work with communicated well and efficiently, and the property is just as advertised. This was our second time in Aruba the first time we stayed at a resort in this time rented a home for a week and jeeps to tour the island. Both are great, as Aruba is great, but if you’re traveling with another family or children, I would personally highly recommend renting a home. This one was perfect for us!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom, bathroom, and smart tv. We rented a Jeep and it was very easy to get around the island. The property manager was welcoming when we arrived and was quick to respond if we had a question.

We walked to Palm beach a few times and driving to the other beaches and supermarket was very simple. Thank you for helping to make our girl's trip everything we needed. Mark is a terrific owner. He purchased this home after our initial booking and the swap over was seamless. Mark responds immediately to any questions and has great recommendations. He's put a lot of attention into upgrades and just had new palapas installed to provide much needed shade for the pool and deck. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool, patio and deck are fantastic and allowed us to relax in the evenings after full days at the beautiful beaches and excursions. Izaira the manager popped over with brand new beach chairs for us and helped us with some rental car issues. The home is just moments from the Ritz & Marriott and conveniently located to our favorite Arashi beach. We preferred Eagle beach over Palm beach and it was also a quick ride away. It was a week of Paradise for our family of 5 adults. It's also a 2 minute walk from Oak Restaurant which was fantastic-book early!!

Nice property, just like the ad says. Mark and Azaria were awesome to work with. Both were very helpful and worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. Easy to communicate with and very responsive. We had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Loved the house and the location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and we were within walking distance of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and lots of extras. Outside area was great - we loved this house.

This house is amazing pictures doesn’t do justice to the property manager and Owner are amazing and get back to you quickly I highly recommend this home !!! It’s close to everything I’ll surely be booking again
