Besides the fact that it was a reasonable distance from the airport, nothing

where to begin! The information provided at the booking.com was almost entirely false. The entry door almost touches the bed while opening, and once inside there is no room for a person to move around. with 2 persons it’s impossible. One has to just sit on the bed (no room for a chair). The bathroom door doesn’t close, I think the management doesn’t care. Booking.com promises ‘wholesome breakfast’, it must be a joke. we ask for breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and the guy who was sleeping at the reception told us it was too early and the staff is overworked. we actually witnessed staff arguing with each other as to who should do what. The fact is there is no kitchen, there is a delivery service with really poor quality food that takes 1 hour to deliver. Any other delivery costs money that aren’t transparent. I am a booking.com client for over a decade and I feel it’s becoming lax in fact checking at the properties. I understand that I can’t expect high standards with the price, but it’s horrible when descriptions don’t match reality at all

staff was not mannered, lied about rate , charged more money than mentioned on booking.com , tried to even charge more , very bad experience.

How can I describe the property when I did not get the room itself, that too after paying the advance ahead of time.

Irresponsible Staff and Management. Property Manager doesn’t bother to pick up customer calls or even check if the booking was there. Despite paying the advance and getting confirmation from Booking.com they still gave our rooms to someone else. We clearly messaged them and also connected with the Fab Hotel team and intimated, we will be having a late check-in. Finally they arranged us a room in other hotel of theirs, we had to get our own Uber at early morning and reach there and the room was terrible. Such a bad experience!!!
