Loved the location. Site was nice caravan was clean
The old style table . The sofas covers .
Think it had pets in before as my mum didn't stop coughing (this was our fault for not checking )

Caravan was clean and tidy and very easy to get to
For a family if 8 we had plenty of room

We all had a great time staying here, the caravan itself could do with a tiny bit of freshening up, but apart from that it was clean and comfy. You walk out of the caravan and across the path and your at the cafe on the beach then a short walk down the beach and you are at fantasy island so the location is excellent! Overall I would say it was worth the stay.

Great size and location - we had a great time. Big family caravan with all basic needs fulfilled. Nothing fussy, and a bit tatty which suited us fine.
The rental company were not very responsive or helpful when we had issues getting the keys for the van. We had to wait 3 hours to get the key-code to allow us to enter the van, but apart from that, everything went well.
Also, there is no play area for kids near to the van.

We loved the closeness to the beach and that you had a fob to save going on a long walk if you wanted to go when gates closed. Also the location to all entertainments was great as they were close but ypundodnt hear the noise (stayed at other sites befoe and you could hear all the music ect). My 6 year old is already wanting to return
We didn't have anything to light cooker but we easily managed to purchase the device needed.

Good location. Good shower.
The description didn’t say that the third bedroom was a bunk bed. Every room was freezing cold (even with the heating on). The caravan was overpriced for the age of it. It is warn and past its best. The bathroom was unclean, the coffee table had thick dust on the bottom shelf, the crockery had been put away wet and the double bed was uneven, which meant that you sank in the middle.

Near to the dog friendly beach. Good cafe nearby. Walking distance to all the entertainments.
Poor standard inside the caravan. No mattress protector on the double bed.stained pillows also stained mattress topper.on single bed. Rusty rails on the bunk bed. Mattresses old and need replacing. Door handle hanging off. Shower head not connected. Two spotlights not working. Window blinds off. Settee fabric all pulled..Nothing to light the gas cooker with. Lamp in the bedroom not working.Felt it necessary to clean through!!

The van was clean and tidy lovely site
Loud people in one of the vans very close to us kept us a wake until early hours shouting and argueing but will definitely be booking again
