Went here with some friends and my husband we had a really good time. The beach was great the house was located near restaurants, and the seawall would definitely stay here again

This house is everything you would expect in an updated rental. Every room is immaculate and the beach decor is beautifully done. Our stay was very comfortable and renting was a user-friendly process. Already recommending this property to friends and family.

We loved this home in Galveston! The house was very clean, well decorated and the owner thought of everything we could need. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine. Close to everything! We will definitely stay again! Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well appointed. There was only one package of paper towels, and two dish washer detergent pods. There could also be a few more glassware. There were no spices or condiments. But other than that we had an excellent stay.

My husband and I enjoyed the well-laid out and nicely appointed beach house. It can be a great place for 2 couples. Both bedrooms had big comfy beds, with 2 separate bathrooms. Short drive to the Strand and other attractions.

This house provides complete comfort and amenities.

Just visiting Galveston for a 3 day weekend and chose this place for its easy access yo everything and walkability. The beds were exceedingly comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in and zero cooking so don't have a lot to comment there. But it was the perfect size for us two. Could walk to great brunch options in the morning. Really no negatives at all except both neighbors had lots of excitable dogs that barked at our coming and going, as well as visitors to their houses. (Only reason i didn't give location 5 stars)

Pretty clean and well equipped property. The owner was accommodating to my check out time since I had an event and needed a bit later. I would recommend it.

We stay in Galveston frequently and is our new favorite place. The house has that historic charm but with a fantastic remodel. The steampunk touches are awesome, the front room is bathed in morning sun, the porch furniture draws you in for a rest, and the location is great. Total winner.

From the very start, the owner was friendly and helpful! The house is very well-renovated with a beachy vibe that is just right…not overdone. It is clean, well-appointed, and comfortable with great bathrooms and kitchen. The front porch was a favorite spot; it catches the morning and early afternoon sun. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Thank you for helping make this a lovely getaway!!

We had a wonderful time. This is the cutest cottage ever. It was perfect.

The house was spotless!! and decorated so cute!! Easy to find and loved that it had parking in the back. We also liked the TVs in each bedroom, as well as the living room.

This is an extremely charming house. Very clean and updated. Also within walking distance to our favorite breakfast restaurant. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect! Back in our younger years, we would meet up with our friends in Galveston and stay at the Flagship Hotel (now Pleasure Pier) for the weekend. They have been away from Texas for many years and we wanted to show them how Galveston has changed, cleaned up, and is a beautiful place to visit again! We spent time at the Strand, walking the beach, and looking at beach house communities. This cottage was in the perfect location, the layout is great for 2 couples with lots of privacy, and the host was so accomodating! We will definitely stay here again.

East End is perfect if you're interested in the various things Galveston has to offer, close to the beaches, seawall and the ferry across the bay. Also close to downtown/strand, restaurants. Property as advertised very comfy, highly recommend

Beautiful place. We felt so comfortable there. It’s conveniently located. The beds and pillows in the king room were to die for, so much so I just ordered the same pillows on line. The host was very quick to answer our questions. Again beautiful place that we will definitely book again.

Love our stay at the home. House was very close to everything. Everything was beautiful inside and out. I recommend this home and John was great. Will stay here again

This place was simply wonderful. It was exact to the pictures and it was super clean. I expected to have to go in and do some minor cleaning (I usually have to at places we rent) but that was not the case here. The owner was very responsive and quick about responding. The location was very quiet for the most part and it wasn't a far drive to get anything we may have forgotten. Only things I would suggest is a couple of full length mirrors (for those of us who are a bit vertically challenged, the mirrors are a teeny bit high) and a quieter mattress protector for the back bedroom. But neither of those would prevent me from renting here again.

Perfect for our family! Baby slept in the huge walk in closet, son LOVED his queen comfy bed. Last bedroom was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was spacious, and had what we needed to prep basic meals. The location was a short walk to the beach. Quick drive to many delicious restaurants. Close to Strand street. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely come back!

This was a perfect stay. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised with the cute beach decor. One thing that’s not listed is the alley parking, but you can park in the back which keeps the street a bit more freed up for everyone else. It was spacious and the biggest surprise was the back addition with huge closet and great bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had an ice cream maker. We made every meal there and I can’t think of anything lacking. More plates and bowls would be nice but that’s just because we cycle through them so quickly as a family of four hungry people. Everything worked and I can’t think of any complaints. The location was perfect. The walk to the beach is under five minutes. The walk to Sunshine Cafe is about 15. The walk to the nearby playground was under ten. Everything is so close! I am a sucker for beautiful homes and I love this area of Galveston. We’ll definitely be back :)
