We had a group of six stay here for a three day bachelor party. The neighborhood did not look great when we first arrived, but we had zero issues and never once felt unsafe once we got settled in. We walked everywhere we needed to go, including downtown Louisville, multiple times. The house was perfect for a group our size. We utilized the back yard, which did have a lot of poison ivy in it, but while we were there a lawn guy came by and removed a bunch of it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, the house was big for the price, and the experience was great.

Super clean house that’s stocked with basic necessities needed for the stay. Very comfortable beds in all the rooms. Close to everything and easy to get around the area.

Had a great stay for our Bourbon Trail adventure. We were basically only there to sleep and shower. But it very much suited our needs.

James and Kat know attention to detail! Their digital guidebook is second to none and they have the easiest check in and checkout procedures we’ve ever encountered. The little welcome gift was a nice surprise and plenty of coffee on hand was much appreciated. The house was exactly as expected and described. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be looking to see where else you all host.

The house was exactly what my dad, brother, and me needed for our trip on the Bourbon Trail. We were easy walking distance to the vibrancy and great restaurants of NuLu, while being in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts had everything stocked and ready for a multiple day stay, with everything you need and nothing you don’t. We would definitely stay here again.

Louisville is an old city that doesn’t swallow you up with gigantic buildings. The shotgun houses are part of the uniqueness of Louisville and it was fun to stay in one. The beds are very comfortable and the house is clean and nicely decorated. Do not plan to cook while here. The kitchen is galley-style so go enjoy the restaurant scene! While close to everything, we chose to drive everywhere and had no issues with street parking.

Easy check in and check out process, convenient location, good amount of space. Overall great experience.

Perfect location to great restaurants in Nulu, Downtown and all the medical hospitals are also very close located. Very comfortable and well maintained corner house just as it described. New kitchen, comfy firm mattresses , free WiFi TV etc… all added up to our great stay! Will certainly return again upon visiting Louisville next time.

Loved the home and location loved all the extras it had as well outside games the decor was also amazing the husband didn't like not having TV in the bedrooms but I was ok with it :) was a very short stay for us but I'd love to stay again very close to so many things did have a little delay with the getting the code to get into the house but James was very prompt getting it to us would recommend staying here to anyone and the beds are amazing as well 😀

Everything we needed for a few days in the Ville! Great place to be at to have hotel type items, but be in a house.

The team was very well organized,. Arrived late was able to check in via door code made it hassle free. great place to bring our dog, the beds were comfortable, had breakfast delivered, off to or next destination. Thank you

We were very happy with our stay and had everything we needed! The bedrooms and bathrooms were really set up well for comfort and design! Nice to have a fenced in yard where our dog could play with her toys and run around!

The house was adorable and perfect for 6 adults staying one night in Louisville.

Chic! CLEAN! Cute! Convenient! Comfortable! Considerate! -This house was not only the cutest in town, but chic! The yellow-door & Deco style made it feel like vacation, but way better than a cookie-cutter hotel. Loved the pillows, the themed rooms and knick-knacks thoughtfully placed around the house. -Everything was super clean too - a lot of it looked as if it had never even been used, but regardless, everything was spotless. -Conveniently located - we walked everywhere, including all the way to downtown - even though we scootered back ;) -Beds and couches were very comfortable! -The outside deck and table were very game-changers! This home made it very relaxing to hang out during our down time, inside or outside. Mornings on the deck were my favorite - quiet & peaceful! -Loved the considerate "little-things" - extra charging cords, power strips, tons of supplies in the kitchen, the fridge with an ice maker/water dispenser, great Wi-Fi/TV, extra linens, make -up towels, they even provided couch covers, towels and bowls for the dogs - so many thoughtful touches throughout! We will definitely stay again!
