We had a great time staying in the property. Nice neighborhood with some good walking distance places as well as close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

This property has a wonderful location for a Louisville get away; with it being minutes from Downtown, the zoo, U of L, and Churchill Downs, plus less than an hour to Bardstown. The check - in process was a breeze, and the house was clean when we checked in. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. The back yard is a nice perk that allowed us to relax and the kids could run around. We loved our get away and the kids are already asking to go back.

This place was immaculate. Everything was as described. Would definitely book again.

The house is wonderful. Everything was beautiful, the extra touches (shampoo, laundry detergent, etc) were so nice and the communication was excellent. This was the nicest vrbo property we have ever stayed at!

This was a pleasant experience all around. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions and just overall very pleasant. The property was exactly as described, easy to access, clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood.

Very easy to get to and perfect location as a central point for our trip . Minutes from Whiskey row and Churchill downs. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for relaxing with 2 other couples. Convenient to the Expo Center and close to downtown and the expressways to enjoy the beauty of Kentucky.

The place was easy to find and had ample parking. Neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors were also friendly! The back patio/deck was nice to relax on after a long day. Rooms were cozy and comfortable as well. 10 put of 10 would stay again!

Also a really cool area very close to everything and within walking distance to some cool shops. Will definitely stay again when we come to the araea again.

We (6 adults) had a wonderful time at this home in a quiet neighborhood. While gone most of the day, it was a great place to unwind on the deck.. kitchen was well appointed with utensils and cookware to enjoy a nice breakfast. Bedrooms were comfortable too. Close to a grocery store for odds and ends. Chinese take out nearby was excellent.

We are two families with two kids each. Meeting between NY and TX. The house and deck were perfect for us and had everything we needed! Great affordable location with plenty of room, in a great city :)

Nice clean place, close to lots of restaurants, easy access to highways. Older, but well kept place. Three bedrooms. Nice deck with firepit in the backyard. Only downside is proximity to airport, so periodically you hear jetsvtsking off. However, would still definitely stay again.

We came down for an music festival this weekend. When i say the home was amazing. Everything was so nice and clean. Lovely neighbors and neighborhood. You will enjoy the restroom outdoors inthe morning while the birds are chirping lol.. The upstairs loft is the best room in the house lol.. The airport is close, so the airplanes do fly over the home. I still loved it, by 3 shots of tequila i thought i missed my flight lol.. Although, we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a go too for our next event..... And thanks Dee for for accommodating us with a blow up mattress.. Your the best!

The house, property, parking, price and location were 100%! The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Very spacious and very clean. It more than accommodated what we were hoping for.....we would absolutely stay there again. It was my 4 friends and I and even with a couple more people it would have been spacious enough. We had a wedding at Gardencourt Louisville Seminary Saturday and needed some where close for family over night and bridesmaids makeup and hair that morning. This was close by everything and the house was perfect!

We loved how nice the backyard was. It was nice to sit out there after a long day of competing. It was also very close to THE expo center which was nice.

This was the perfect location let’s just start there. The neighborhood was quite and clean. All the neighbors were very friendly as well. Now as far as the house, OMG I was so so so pleased to see how clean the house was and how good the house smelled in every room. Every detail on how to use things in the house was presented. Amazing water pressure and temperature throughout the entire house. Very spacious up to date home with very good kitchen appliances. Having the two bathroom was so perfect for my stay & also blown away to see the bathroom that was located on the back deck. The backyard alone was just so nice and a peaceful vibe while sitting out there at night with the lights on. There were enough clean lien to accommodate me for my entire stay. This property absolutely made me feel like I was at home. Highly recommended for all future visitors that plan on visiting the Louisville area. Thanks again.

We loved our stay here. We walked to local coffee shop and bakery each morning and it was centrally located to everything we did in Louisville. Our kids loved the loft and the house was clean and comfortable. Wish it was warm enough to use the backyard! Next time!

Perfect place to.stay for our group...arrived during wicked windy weather but fortunately kept.power...Kroger super close and we cooked most meals in...close to downtown old Louisville Churchill downs etc enjoyed the rest with sunshine and spring on the rise
