Awesome and caring staff, vegan food accomodations, fun pools, comfortable room

What a great hotel. The hotel staff deserves all the respect, they are courteous, fast, they responded to every request. I have to give a good mention to the dining room staff, I was shocked by the quality of their service, they are excellent. Varied and surprising meals every time. 2 large pools, 3 small ones and a water park really filled our children with leisure. A note to the venue manager - you have a great team, they deserve applause!

It's a shame that activities for small children in the evening (face painting, tattoos, etc.) cost money. It lowered the vacation experience a bit. Hope it changes

Excellent breakfast and facilities offered by the hotel

Attentive staff, rooms cleaned pretty much daily, spacious room, good aircon. Breakfast available until 10, good for late nights.

Very loud; lots of families (and noisy kids) and nightly "shows" which make it impossible to relax by the pool. Loud music in the day by the pool also, good for some, not so for others.

Everything was perfect , we would strongly recommend this place for everyone traveling with the kids . What we liked the best is staff and food .

3 pools, kids pool, and slides, pleasant staff, the all-inclusive buffet had local alcohol included.

The noise from the hallway is very much heard in the room. The pool water was freezing, could be better if it would have been a bit warmer.

I booked the hotel because I needed a place to stay for a night during my theatre school tour and they had a high score for cleanliness. I arrived there with my boyfriend at 22:30, we checked in and went to the room. The first thing we did was go to the balcony, to our surprise, we found a cigarette butt in the ashtray. That got me worried about the cleanliness of the room and when we found a stain on the table in front of the mirror I knew I couldn't stay in a room that I felt was dirty. We called the property and explained what the problem was. We told them that we understand that sometimes mistakes happen and that they might have forgotten something but we needed a clean room. I gave them two options since the receptionist guy was just making up excuses that weren't even logical. I told him at least 3 times that we would like a clean room and they can move us to a different room or clean the one they gave us. His solution was to send a cleaning lady to change the ashtray that he claimed wasn't supposed to be on the balcony and a tourist must have brought it up from the bar. I wanted to booking.com straight away since I felt like I wasn't heard by the staff of the hotel but I had a panic attack while trying to call. That made my boyfriend go down to the reception were he had the same conversation we had over the phone and only after he told the receptionist that I had a panic attack because they wouldn't hear us and felt uncomfortable in the room, did they agree to find us a clean room. Unfortunately, the night didn't end there, the guy followed my boyfriend that came to pick me up and had us on the stairs for 10 minutes telling me what we already said on the phone and with my boyfriend in the reception area. Have in mind that I was shaking, crying and not being able to catch my breath and he felt like it was an appropriate time to have a chat. Fortunately, the new room looked ok and smelled clean.

This hotel offers very good value for money. The swimming pool area is perfect for families with children. The breakfast has a very wide selection of hot and cold items. The staff was always very polite and helpful. Most restaurants & pubs are ca 15 minutes from the hotel. There are several food stores and a large shopping mall nearby.
