I loved the fact that it was a super quiet place close to the busy city. Therefore I slept very good at night. Rahul (the owner) is super helpful and also on my last day when I needed an ATM he took me on his bike to find one. The home cook food is absolutely delicious. Regarding hygiene is is super clean and there for me also comfortable to stay over here. Absolutely recommended!

Location from the main sites were far off but that's ok. We were new to the place so found it difficult to travel. For regular travelers it may not be difficult

The owner and caretaker Mr. Rahul was extremely helpful and polite. He listens to every criticism and works on them. He was always available for any assistance. His behavior was better than the 5-star hotel staff of Varanasi. The food Was great. It would be best if you tried this place when you visit Varanasi.

Rahul was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information to get around in Varanasi. The food at the home stay was also very nice and cheap. Would stay there again when I visit Varanasi.

After a year of travelling- we have to say this is right up there as one of our favourite stays. The host, Rahul, is brilliant. Always on hand to offer assistance & is extremely friendly. The food cooked by Rahul’s mother was by far and away our favourite to date in India. We highly recommend you eat at the homestay. The whole family were extremely welcoming- inviting us up to their rooftop for snacks and to enjoy the sun. We really felt like part of the family! The room & bathroom facilities were extremely clean and tidy, with hot water available. Laundry is also available on site. The table tennis table provided fun during quieter moments and I can’t end this review without mentioning the pet bunny rabbit! A great character! A must stay when in wonderful Varanasi.

The host is very good and helpful. Communications were very clear. He also advised each day on the itinerary. He helped arrange for the cars and rickshaw for commuting too. The food was extremely delicious.

Only drawback is this place is far from the ghats. Although autos are very easily available from the room

The Host will make you feel like a family. I'm definitely going to back Kanak Home Stay with my family again to visit the holy city of Banaras. I really wish them all the luck.

Rahul and is family take great care of guests. Food is very home like, reasonably priced and very tasty! When asked, Rahul also provides great touristic tips and goes out of the way to help!

While it is slightly far from ghats, rickshaws are easily available.

You stay at the house of a nice family, very friendly and welcoming. Far away from the crowds and loud sounds. However, the property is easy to reach by an auto or a bike. The owner Rahul is a man with a huge heart and always ready to help you with all you need. There is an organic garden in the property, so the food is partly made with their own production. The food is superb by the way!
