Mały wybór jedzenia większość fajnych drinków w barze płatnych pomimo że wykupiłam all inclusive na koniec personel w poczekalni jak wyjeżdżaliśmy gdzie czekaliśmy ponad 2 h w upale nie zapytał nawet czy chcemy coś do picia jak kuzynka zapytała czy może coś do picia to zapytali jej czy przyjechała dopiero czy wyjeżdża jak by to miało jakieś znaczenie jeśli chodzi o wypoczynek z dziećmi to tragedia totalna nuda dla dzieci nic nie było organizowane wieczorami dla dorosłych słabe pokazy godzinę trwały i koniec więc totalna nuda zamknięte z 10 dnia 4 dni ciągle zamykali restauracje dodatkowe bo robili prywatne imprezy gdzie nie potrafili zorganizować nic dla gości tylko były organizowane dla osób zewnętrz więc szczerze nie polecam zapłacone za korzystanie z całego ośrodka niestety tak nie było

Die Lobby ist wunderschön, die Anlage an sich sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Man spürt, dass fast alle wirklich gern für einen da sein wollen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Pools sind auch klasse. Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Leider konnten wir nicht alles ausprobieren wegen der Reservierungssituation (siehe unten). Ich war während meines Aufenthalts krank und kann sagen dass die Clinic und die Ärzte sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert haben. Trotzdem ich oft dachte, dass ich nun „schon wieder“ hin muss - waren immer alle sehr nett und kompetent. Auch, dass sich die Zeit genommen wurde, alles selber mit meiner Auslandskrankenversicherung zu klären, war nicht selbstverständlich. Danke dafür!

Tatsächlich haben wir wenig auszusetzen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht einen 5-Sterne-Haus entsprechend. Was aber auch weniger am Personal liegen mag, als an den allgemeinen Aufgaben, die nicht gut vom Management kommuniziert wurden. Denn wenn ein Tisch geputzt werden sollte, wurde der das andauernd. Man muss mehr wert auf die Duschwände legen. Die sind dreckig. Und unter dem Bett säubern. Zudem muss dringend die Tapete hinter dem Bett sowie die Bettdecke erneuert werden. Letztere war schimmelig, wie wir leider erst am Ende feststellten. Manche Reaktion des Personals war zu langsam. Die Trolleys, die die Gäste über das sehr weite Gelände fuhren, waren zu wenige. Die Reservierungs-Situtaion in der App für die Restaurants war auch suboptimal. Man sitzt den ersten Abend nur am Handy und bucht sich verrückt, weil zuwenig Plätze für die Restaurants freigegeben werden. Das wird wohl gemacht, damit das Hauptrestaurant mit Buffet ausgelastet ist. Aber es ist unangemessen. Schließlich zahlt man für 5 Restaurants. Die Pools haben zu früh geschlossen. 19 Uhr. Das zwingt alle dazu, in der Hitze im Pool zu schwimmen. Für uns war es doof, wenn man auf einem Ausflug war, kann man nicht einmal abkühlen. Denn: eine Badewanne haben die Zimmer auch nicht. Das war nicht ok für 5 Sterne. Und die Whirlpools waren den Spa-Gästen vorbehalten. Auch nicht optimal. Das Hotel unterliegt aktuell einem Besitzerwechsel. Ich hoffe, dass manches sich ändern wird, was nicht rund war.

Struttura bellissima, staff gentilissimo sempre pronto e disponibile. Cibo ottimo e di qualità, molto vario per soddisfare le esigenze di tutti. La spiaggia è forse la più bella di Zanzibar, davanti all'isola di Matemwe. Camera pulitissima, così come ogni singolo angolo del villaggio. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne dies von Trinkgeldern abhängig zu machen, die sie natürlich verdienter Weise gerne annehmen! Sie versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Für ein All-Inklusive Hotel ein hervorragendes Essensangebot. Wir konnten vor dem Check-in bereits Essen und Trinken. Das Hotel ist noch recht neu. Von der Baustelle nebenan haben wir im Zimmer kaum etwas gehört, gute Isolierung. Der Strand ist trotz großer Unterschiede zwischen Ebbe und Flut traumhaft schön und gepflegt. Wir haben jeden Tag problemlos überall Sonnenliegen gefunden, obwohl das Hotel fast voll war. Auf eine kleine Beanstandung reagierte das Management unverzüglich. Die Qualität des Poolwassers empfanden wir als sehr gut.

Markenspirituosen sind nur gegen ein erhebliches Aufgeld erhältlich. Bei dem Preis unangebracht! Die Zusammensetzung der Gäste ist teilweise sehr inhomogen. In der 1. Woche hatten wir viele osteuropäische Gruppen, in der 2. Woche italienische und französische Großgruppen. Die Lärmbelästigung ist teilweise enorm. Es fehlt an einem "Adults-only" Bereich, um sich dem entziehen zu können. Für uns waren die 3 großen Pools zu zentralisiert in einem Bereich angelegt. Hier wäre eine räumliche Entzerrung vorteilhaft. Wir nutzten größtenteils den kleinen Pool mit (der einzigen) Poolbar in der Nähe des Spa. Unverständlich, dass dieser Bereich besonders gerne von vielen Eltern zum Kinderspielplatz auserkoren wurde. Irgendwann waren die Eltern nur noch mit trinken beschäftigt und haben die Aufsicht komplett eingestellt. Das Auffüllen der Mini- und Kaffeebar war nur sehr unzuverlässig. Mal gab es nur entkoffeinierten Kaffee, mal Schokokapseln, mal Bier, mal Sodawasser und manchmal nichts. Der Spa ist im Verhältnis zu den örtlichen Einkommensverhältnissen sehr teuer.

The majority of the staff were well trained, welcoming and extremely friendly. Rooms are spacious, modern, decent views, well insulated. Plenty of food options, which is not surprising since it is ALL-IN. Recommended for families and groups.

While most staff were great, there were a handful that didn't seem to care in the slightest for our satisfaction, especially on the first day at dinner; you would expect a more helpful and quick service after all that travel. While the food variety was vast, the quality is not what you would expect at a 5 star resort. The meats in particular were disappointing, and the free drink choices are the cheapest options at any supermarket. On a vacation you want to unwind, and stop looking at your phone for once. Here this is not possible - you have to use the app for booking everything in advance, causing unnecessary planning and stress - something which you'd want to avoid on a holiday.

The staff were so friendly and all services were excellent It’s one of the best resorts I’ve seen ❤️

I hope in future they can make reduced rate for big groups.

The place is great! The staff is very, very frinedly and super sweet! We had to call a couple of time to reception but it was some very small things that are completely forgivable. The size of the room was great and the view was wonderful. We had an amazing time and would def recommand the hotel. The food was very good, tasty and different themes were implemented each day in the menu which was a nice touch :) The beach is also great - the staff is cleaning it all the time so that the guests can enjoy the loely sand! The facilities on and around the beach were great and we enjoyed using them. Very good value for money! I would love to come back and stay again in this hotel.

The beach was dirty with shell droppings from the boats which made walking across the beach an unpleasant experience. My final meal resulted in a bad stomach ache & impacted me for a day.

We have spent a fantastic time at the Mora. All the infrastructures are amazing, swimming pools, outsides, restaurants, rooms etc. Also, the staff is exceptional! They are amazing and well organised! They are willing to satisfy any need or ask we had. The beach is also very accessible and will all the necessary. Regarding the food, we have been very surprise by the diversity and the quantity of food, it was amazing! Another great point is the water. In Zanzibar most of the people have to buy plastic bottles water because the water is not directly drinkable. At the Mora no plastic, only glass bottle filled with water filtered at the Mora.

There is one point where we got disappointed. The bath towels were changed everyday. It’s a great service but, in order to preserve the natural ressources of the planet I think every 5 stars hotel (and it’s the case in a lot of them!) should offer the choice; simply put a card in the room saying “towels on the floor: need to be changed, the others will be reuse”

Très grand hôtel, très beau, propre. Chambre bien équipé et spacieuse. Buffet à volonté varié avec animations tous les soirs. Restaurants à la carte sur réservation très bons. Grande plage de sable fin avec une mer d’un bleu impressionnant (il faut suivre la marée pour pouvoir se baigner).

Très peu de places disponibles dans les restaurants sur réservation dés notre arrivée. Taxe de séjour indiqué sur la réservation booking de 60 dollars, mais l’hôtel nous a demandé 90 dollars, malgré explications nous avons dû payer 90 dollars. Service à la piscine parfoit très long. Emplacement un peu loin de tout si l’on souhaite sortir de l’hôtel. Excursions proposés par l’hôtel très chères mais nombreux locaux les proposent moins chère.

- Resort facilities - 2 great pools, one sea facing, another with a 'jungle feel' which included a swim up bar. - Lovely beach - White sand, crystal clear water (do not be put off by the fact it's a public beach - the locals are lovely, and only need to be told once that you aren't interested in purchasing what ever they are selling etc) - We paid for the 3 hour snorkelling excursion, this was incredible, we've snorkelled multiple times in the maldives and this was just as good if not better. - 4 great restaurants. - Plenty of entertainment & themed nights. (live band, saxofonist etc etc) + decent 'nightclub' with house music DJ. - We had a superior room and it was fantastic. - Staff - Very friendly - Zanzibar as a place - Extremely safe, did a couple of trips and were fantastic (Prison Island & Stonetown)

- Staff were great however there is sometimes a lack of urgency - more often than not there is a long wait to get a drink - This is also due down to lack of bar staff - I think there needs to be a 2nd bar to service the pool & seating area - Whilst ordering in the seating area there is aways a back-log of drinks to be made for guests by the pool, can take 20 mins+ to receive a drink. - Other things we requested an Iron from housekeeping twice and we never got one.

Ressort fabuleux et luxueux ! Nous avons passé notre voyage de noce là-bas. Nous avons été très bien reçu, vin mousseux, fruits, massage pour deux, donner romantique etc ! Le personnel est hyper gentil et disponible. Toujours souriant. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et ont organisé nos transferts car l'aéroport est à 1h de route. Plusieurs piscines, une immense plage, un centre d'activités nautiques, des bars, des restaurants, bref on ne peut pas s'ennuyer. Asante sana !!

Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin à cause de notre avion, nous n'avons donc pas eu la visite des lieux à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû découvrir par nous-même. Heureusement un personnel du ressort est joignable par WhatsApp, nous avons pu lui poser nos questions et ça a facilité les choses. Des excursions sont possibles hors de l'hôtel mais pas de Safari. Il faut le réserver avant par ses propres moyens.

We had a great vacation. Lots to do and see for everyone. Lots of different meal options. The vibe team of the hotel were great, very well trained to serve and very friendly. We will come back again!

Struttura molto grande ,ma tutto molto pulito.Ci sono 4 ristoranti,in tutti si mangia benissimo.Il personale è molto disponibile specialmente quelli dei ristoranti e della spiaggia.La spiaggia è molto bella anche quando la marea è bassa riesci sempre a fare il bagno.

Abbiamo prenotato una suite con vasca e vista mare, ma ci hanno portato in una suite con vasca con vista sul bar(con musica fino a tarda notte)e su l’edificio che da verso la piscina.Il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnato era molto disponibile e ha subito provato a sistemare tutto.Ma quelli dalle reception,continuano a dire che non avevano prenotato con vista mare abbiamo dovuto fare vedere la prenotazione di Booking e anche le foto della stanza.Non è stato simpatico!!!In tutto l’albergo ci sono solo una trentina di camere vista mare di qui la metà é al piano terra,quindi poca vista e si trovano sopra il ristorante brasiliano.Le altre o non hanno vista o vista parzialmente.Comunque l’hotel era pieno e per 2 notti siamo dovuti rimanere in quella stanza,nelle altre 5 abbiamo finalmente dormito nella stanza per cui abbiamo pagato.Ma nessuna scusa,neanche un pensiero per scusarsi del accaduto e questo è stato veramente vergognoso e sì mi chiedono sì torno?!No assolutamente no!Si può sbagliare,ma è il modo in qui l’impegni a fare felici il cliente che fa la differenza .

Tout était super ! Nous avons voyagé avec des enfants et l’endroit est idéal. Le personnel est au petit soin, l’hôtel dispose de tout ce qu’on a besoin, les infrastructures sont top. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

The only negative i can say is that inside the room there were some insects especially cockroaches. Apart from this the rest was ok.

I loved everything. The facilities were amazing. The food were also extremely good in all restaurants. The service was outstanding and all personnel did an amazing job. The beach is beautiful and during low tide, sandbank is created.

Il meglio che si possa cercare: in poche parole tutto è perfetto. La struttura è completamente nuova, camere ben arredate, piscine ampie e pulite, varietà di ristoranti, ma soprattutto il personale: eccezionale, sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente. La camera da noi scelta (Suite con Piscina) ritengo sia quanto di meglio si possa desiderare con i suoi 275mq elegantemente arredati, sempre pulitissima e piscina privata: trattamento top. La spiaggia è ben curata e di sabbia bianchissima.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera all'arrivo, ma è stato prontamente risolto con la massima disponibilità e cortesia.

Maybe the beach isn't one of the best although is the perfect spot for those who want to go see the dolphins. The difference between the low and high tides is big.
