This was the most disturbing hotel I’ve ever been to. They knocked on my door at 8 am, waking me and my children up claiming we had checked out at 8am, whole time they had the wrong person. They tried to accommodate us an extra hour but people kept walking into our room, good thing we had the deadbolt on. The sheets had cigarette burns in them, the hotel had people hanging around, smoking cigarettes in the hallways.

The staff was fabulous and extremely helpful. I was in a bind due to last minute change for another hotel that couldn't accommodate me.

Bad area of town.

Rachel and Trisha were exceptionally professional and friendly and courteous to us.

The front desk staff was very cool and helped me out a couple times when needed... however if is in a very dangerous part of Jacksonville

The place isnt very nice. But I knew what I was getting myself into, they do their best to clean but yeah.

I didn't like that I had a reservation booked and when I got to the hotel they said there was no rooms available and after telling them that I had a reservation along with a couple other people that were standing out there waiting they said well reservations don't matter we have no room so we slept in a car
