Loved the self check-in and washing machine. Perfect for our stay in Milan!

We spent a wonderful week in Milan, of which this apartment was an essential element. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything needed for a group stay, in our case it was a family of 4 - dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board, iron, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds (2 bedrooms - 1 large double and in the next 2 separate beds). In my opinion, probably the most important advantage of this apartment is its location - right next to the tram line, great restaurants, shops and places to park the car nearby. Attractions such as the cathedral, the Emanuele gallery, the La Scala opera house or the Sforza Castle within 20-30 minutes. walking. I definitely recommend it.

Lovely old building and the apartment has been beautifully decorated. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful street, lovely area, convenient to all, near restaurants and a market, perfect amount of space, air conditioning in the bedrooms, spacious but compact enough to keep the family close. couldn’t have asked for more.

Very nice location, not in the crowded city center, but near Sempione park, where you can feel the local life. Apartment with separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and flexible hosts.
Not all of the electrical outlets were properly working, we had to displace the coffee machine from kitchen to one of the bedrooms to make a coffee in the morning.

Located in the Sampione district, the property is in a great location, is refurbished in a contemporary design and has everything that we needed for our stay in Milano. Fantastic local restaurants nearby, great recommendations from Fabio the host. Short walk via the Sempione Park & through the castle takes you right into the centre of the city. Excellent communication from the host throughout.

Nothing special.
I felt violated inside the apartment I rented. The owner has crossed the barriers of law, education and morals. Him went inside the place without my authorization. Not respectful at all!!!
The apartment needs a renovation to change the doors,bed mattresses and Ikea cheap Furnitur , that are very uncomfortable. if you have pain, avoid this flat the bed are terrible for a good night sleep !! it is very cold inside even with the heater on.

Bit far from the main underground station but there is a tram stop right opposite. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment is spotlessly clean and everything you may need is made available. Best stay in an apartment so far! Would highly recommend.
It is impossible to find a flaw !
