Nada. Realmente todo estuvo MUY MAL. Lo único bueno del lugar son los empleados (que no los propietarios) donde se puede ver claramente el trato que le dan a sus empleados.

El Lio Villas Resort es una estafa. Las fotos que se ven en Booking NO son para nada REALES, si os fijais bien son renders!! No caigais en la estafa que sufrimos mi marido y yo por nuestra luna de miel. Lio Villas Resort, es una estafa descarada. 3 días antes de llegar el hotel contactó con nosotros para informarnos que la habitación que habíamos reservado había tenido una incidencia y nos iban a colocar en otra (ahí está la estrategia del fraude). A pesar de lo que costó llegar a El Nido, llegamos con la ilusión de pasar unos días tranquilos en el supuesto resort que habíamos reservado. No obstante, al llegar vimos que lo que habíamos reservado era completamente diferente a lo que nos estaban dando. Adjunto fotos para que podáis juzgar vosotros mismos. A parte de que las instalaciones son completamente una estafa, la habitación que nos dieron estaba en unas condiciones de limpieza denigrantes: las sábanas estaban manchadas, había pelos por todas partes, el baño estaba muy sucio. Hay que añadir a esto que ningún solo día limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las sábanas sucias ni las toallas, aun habiéndolo pedido. La segunda noche mientras dormíamos nos cayó encima excrementos de reptiles que habitaban con nosotros en la habitación. Y el tercero los fuertes ruidos del animal DENTRO de la habitación nos impidieron dormir. Teníamos 4 noches reservadas y pagadas en ese alojamiento, pero nos fuimos antes debido la deplorable situación. El Lío es una zona cerca de la playa que se caracteriza por su playa de arena blanca, varios restaurantes, bares y tiendas, muy muy lejos de la ubicación que el Lio Villas Resort tiene y pretende engañar con el nombre, en medio de un barrio de lugareños donde el segurata del hotel debe llevar pistola por la noche. Evita a toda costa este hotel si no quieres arruinar tu viaje a El Nido.

The location was good. It is close to the Lio airport which is why we’ve chosen it. It is also away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. My kids who absolutely love basketball got to play with the local kids too nearby. The street comes to life at night, street food and all. Lio beach is close by (one trike ride) and offers a variety of restaurants. The pool, although unfinished, is still amazing. Rooms were clean and staff are friendly. We loved the vibe of the restaurant area and the garden too.

Minor feedbacks: The AC in the second room we had was extremely loud. As a migraine sufferer, this was inconvenient. When we arrived, it was smoky in our room. We understand it is very common to burn rubbish here but the smoke lingered in the room for a few hours. The menu at the restaurant is very limited. They offer five options for lunch and dinner. You have to pre order breakfast for the following day which half of it were not available. I think for a growing accommodation like this, you need a fully functioning and skilled people in the kitchen. As a result, we’re often out to eat at other places. You’d have to leave your keys if you wanted your room cleaned which we were not told at the start. We’ve gone for days without our room cleaned. The day before we checked out, there were construction happening above us as they continue to build more rooms and make improvements. It made it difficult to rest during the day which was annoying.

This accommodation was fine for a one night stay. It’s a convenient location for El Nido airport and Lio beach. The rooms where fairly clean and reasonably comfortable. It’s a good sized pool and warm, lovely after a day in the sun.

The property felt quite tired and in need of a spruce up. The rooms didn’t feel particularly homey and the hotel didn’t have much atmosphere (albeit the gardens are well tended to). For us the location was fine as we were using it as a brief stay before flying from El Nido airport but it would likely be a bit of a pain if you spent a long time there as you’d need to walk to catch a tricycle into town.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. We had an amazing view outside our room. Breakfast are delicious! Our first Philippine holiday and we expected less. It was amazing I will definitely come back and also would recommend

Hidden location, big rooms

The whole resort needs some upgrading/maintenance.

Rooms was clean and decent a bit far from the city but it s great for sleeping and resting cos you dont heat noise of tricycles

coctails was not standart it was too soft most of the times. and if you book a boat tour from hotel they charge almost %50 more from the normal price. but staff is take care for everythings like booking bus or renting scooter etc

amazing place with a fantastic array of tropical plants. Great swimming pool amazingly clean. The rooms were spectacular, large, clean and beautifully spacious. The bed was wonderfully comfortable.
