Clean room and bathroom!

This was our third trip to the property and we paid the higher nightly rate for access to a casino with Craps. Before booking this trip, I called the hotel and confirmed that their craps table would be open. The employees informed me that their craps table was open Tuesday-Sunday. Upon arrival, my first stop was the craps table and we found it closed. The floor manager said they didn’t have enough staff to open the table?!?! This was the third trip in a row to this property and the third time the Craps table was never opened. On yet another high occupancy holiday weekend!!!! I again reached out to the management of both the hotel and casino. The hotel claims they have no control over the casino and deferred when I asked they told me the table would be open but they again stated they have no control over the casino. I then went to speak with the floor manager and they again tried to claim too many employees called out. When I informed her that this was my third visit in a row to the property and the third failure she admitted that the Casino didn’t have staff trained to handle craps. Sadly for us, despite our preference for this property it was the third strike, worse, we have completely lost confidence. Future trips we will instead opt for my wife’s preference of beach front accommodations. :(

So far the best hotel in the Area of Mayaguez. No other can compare to the Holyday Inn.

Very accessible right off route 2 before entering Mayaguez, the hotel has all you need the fitness center was impeccable clean and so was the pool area. Staff and guests very polite. And the options of local cuisine in the menu were a plus, including a nice choice of coffee and fritters from the country.

Love it. Everyone has been so friendly from check in to checkout. Food was delicious! I recommend the blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Beds are extremely comfortable, I didn’t want to get up. Facility is really nice and clean. Dove products in the bathroom. Overall 10/10 would recommend

Nice staff. Full american breakfast included. Fast food restaurants nearby and a small shopping center with a supermarket, a Burlington store, etc. Easy access to State Rd. 2. Recommend!

It was excellent We booked only to have a place to sleep after work, but we’re surprised for the dinner, breakfast and pool area. They’re great

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable, Beds comfy. Rooms were also quiet. Casino in the hotel. They serve food at the casino (sandwiches, hot dogs, soup...all free) and had a band playing music while people enjoy gambling... Overall, it was a great place to bring my parents.

I have an accident and broke my hand. My husband call to take a room for a few hr (5).he is 74 years need to to sleep I stay I emergency way ting for my operation at 8:00 am. I supposed to be in the hospital was 2 am an hi in the lobby of the hospital. First i try to make a reservation online. I can’t,. So I call THEY SAY NO rent for hr. Almost 3:00 am I ask to tack we the manage.i explain the problem they say yes . He use the room 3 hr take a shower and sleep 2 hr. Is good that they no rent for hr but sometimes is good make exceptions after all for that 3 hr I pay $225.00 -. He don’t have a breakfast free because he have to be in the hospital at 7 am.[ I suppose operating at 8 And enter operating at 4 so we al out the hospital at 9 pm so we go again to pay. $200 - for another night (why because we are so ,,,,,,, we le my RXY in WALGREEN we don’t know that the closed the farmacy at 10: pm ,so we let the rxy and going to east something. When we are come back the store open the famacy close so we have to way until the nex day to pick up my medicine.I now that you’re company y for. Win money but I have a emergency areal emergency and I top of all the tribulations we have to pay almost 500. To sleep few hr. . In the end after 3 day in emergency room one operation I broke my right hand a few hr of sleep, one stop in Walgreens and 2:45 hr to y house. This was the worst vacation days
