I spent most of my time in the hotel for an event . Everything was great. One little detail that i wish i new was tbe parking situation. Their self parking was not working, I asked where i can park and the gentlemen near the elevators told me that i can park on a parking lot that was next to the building. It was $50 per day for over night. Valet was $45. If the gentleman had explained it to me i would have left my car in valet. I wish i had done more while in Miami but i didnt have a chance. I will go back for pleasure.

From the beginning at the checking in we were told our ticket includes breakfast. Next morning we found out it was not. Only after lengthy and frustrating conversation were we able to get a breakfast voucher as a “courtesy”!!! What a joke.
At night horrible sound insulation let AC roof units noise go through the walls to the room. Basic amenities such as big body towels were missing. Service staff were not friendly at all.

The hotel is okay. The staff’s are very nice. The hotel needs a little cleaning and the room was outdated. I felt disgusted in the room and I never wanted to check out a hotel so bad. Definitely wouldn’t be back. 😫

The restroom was old, no air extractor so it was full of steam after a shower, rust hinges, the room had just a make up to appear to be nice but it is not.

We stayed here before a cruise, and it was a fantastic location. Room with bay view was great. Reception and valet staff were so friendly. Loved that there was a Publix across the street! It was easy to get Uber/Lyft from the front entrance. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel! Staff is really friendly and you feel very safe. It is also very clean. The service was outstanding. Of course, the pool is phenomenal but they also have a great bar, a Starbucks, and plenty of great recommendations if you need them. I had a fabulous time.

I arrived around 12 pm and greeted the agent at the desk. I was met with a cold and rude attitude and no eye contact. I asked politely if it was okay for an early check in. I was told harshly no. The shift supervisor however was amazing and so kind and respectful! The hotel was clean and in a good area!

It was a very nice property, the room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool area. There were plenty of options to travel just around the corner of the hotel. The Metromover and the trolleys were free, there was also a bus stop ($2.25 each way) they were all across the street from each other. Close to the cruise port and there's food options like Checkers right across the street as well as Publix a block over.

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. We only stayed one night before our cruise and we arranged transportation through them and it was very easy and was hassle free. I would stay here again with no hesitation. I have no complaints at all.

This property was the absolute worst Hilton I have ever stayed at, and I stay at many Hilton properties. It was outdated in my room, dirty, the bathroom door was broken, there was one broken trashcan, 1 bar of soap and that is it. There were homeless people allowed to lay on the sidewalk along the property. The workers did not even try to address safety concerns.

We are beyond impressed. The front desk was very friendly and quick to help us check in. The room we upgraded to was fantastic! The night view in the room was breath taking.
