The hotel double booked and had to transfer me to another hotel. Which was 100% a downgrade and probably was half the cost. It was that or have no room so not a good Situation

Stayed for a quick trip. Are in the restaurant and the food was great, service was friendly and the room was just what i I needed.

Hotel offers a convenient shuttle service and has a very pleasant staff on site.

The property overall was clean and nice. The pool and pool area was way too cold for our young daughter (and us) and the room was not very child friendly. Water bottles were not provided in the rooms and the pool towels were slightly bigger than face towels. Usually we are much happier with Marriott hotels, as well as this particular Marriott hotel.

The staff was very professional and the room was very clean. I was just a little disappointed that their wasn’t a shower cap in the room. Plus they should Change those tubs out in the bathroom to a walk in shower. Tubs are dangerous for senior citizens.

The bedsheet was not clean, there were hairs on the sheet. Despite we requested for cleaning service but bedsheet was not changed. Sound proofing is bad, you can hear people talking whenver they are near your room door. There is no security access control in the lift. Anyone can access the lift to any floor of this hotel. Hope the Marriott group will take note of this feedback and implement chnages for the better.

It was nice to be able to rest well thanks to the good hotel on this business trip.

Love love love love love this place. Only thing I would change is the way we were told about breakfast we were under the impression it was free however it ended up costing us much more than it should have. The breakfast we received should have probably cost closer to $30 for two
