Unfortunately due to weather conditions we could get to the Smokies Inn! We were so disappointed! We have stayed there in the past and really enjoyed our stay!

It's a nice, quaint hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

Pool was clean and kids liked it. Water wouldn't cut off in tub and had to move to another room. Staff was extra nice.

We enjoyed the room we had. It was a good size room with a king size bed, a large comfortable chair with ottoman, a large tv, chest, small fridge, desk and 2 night stands. we will definitely stay there again.

Second time staying at this property. It is convenient to the national park and everything else. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

We made a long weekend trip out of a one-night concert. This hotel is not new, BUT it is so well kept, very clean, quiet, reasonably priced, and convenient. The age of it doesn't matter. Terrific staff, too. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cherokee, NC

A very good motel at an inexpensive price. The night we stayed was very quiet - did not hear any other guests. Very convenient place to stay for our drive onto the south end of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Great stay. Room was clean. Very close to the casino too. We had room 173 and 175 which had 1 king bed and the Jacuzzi tub in both rooms. The water was hot and the pressure was steady and firm. I especially liked the fact that the draining water kept up with shower and was not backing up in the tub as we bathed. I would like to thank Kristi especially for correcting my reservation. I had booked 2 rooms. 1 for myself and 1 for my father. I wanted them next to each other on the 1st floor. I know I should have called the lodge prior to arriving but I didn't. It turned out that I had booked 1 room smoking and the other room non smoking and to top it off they were no where near each other. Additionally we had arrived about 1.5hrs before check in time. Nevertheless Kristi made the change and put us both in rooms that was right next to each other and on the first floor. They even allowed us to check in early because both rooms were ready. That is what I called great customer service. Upon checking out I told them that my husband and I would definitely be back for our anniversary next month. I already have my reservation. We are both looking forward to returning. Thanks again for a great 1 night stay.

We were happy with our stay, it was very clean and quiet. The pool area was very nice as well.
