Our 2nd stay here and we love it! Relatively quiet. Nice pool. This trip saw elk right from our balcony. We hope to do this trip yearly and will stay at Quality Inn each time.

I have stayed at this establishment many times and it has always been a great experience. I personally would not hold this one-off situation against them, but my bathroom wasn't cleaned well. I did report it to the front desk, and they promptly got it straight for me and I will continue to utilize their facility because this has been my go-to for years now.

My 80 year old dad carried his ash cup in on his walker by mistake after smoking the day of check out. In the way out of the room he dropped it in the trash can. When I went back in the room to get a left behind charger I saw this, disposed of it and went to the front desk MY SELF and told them what had happened but that there was no smoking in the room. The manager with a nasty attitude went to check the room. She came back and told me to be more careful and that my dad had lived his life and should know better! She then said that I would not be charged and by the time I got home from my trip they had charged me $275. They will rob you!

Very nice property that is too cheap to keep rooms even marginally cool before check in. Room was super hot and took hours to cool. Come on, you could at least cool it a little.

Trash did not get picked for 4 day stay. Bed did not get made, because I got told, if there is private property on Bed, they don't do it after I found out from the reception at the 2't day. Dirty towels were placed the first time under the bathroom sink. Second time the dirty towels did not even get tuched. Received a bedsheet to change it myself. After i asked, why they did not remove the dirty towels, the answer was, that it was not her duty on that day. The rule about the Bed and not touching private Property is House rule I got told. Travel a lot, but never heard such a thing. This was my second stay and last one. Very disappointing, because the rest of the Hotel was fine.

I had a terrible time with Expedia, trying to upgrade our rooms. We were willing to pay the difference to upgrade but the agent lied to us and to the hotel. I will never use Expedia again. The prices were bait and switch . Don’t use Expedia. The hotel was fine. No complaints

I always have a great stay at quality inn in Cherokee! The price increases start to hurt after a while but I try to stick with them. If the price isnt too bad I still stay there.

I was only here for an extremely short time, but was greeted immediately when I walked thru the door at 3:30AM for check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff all around (front desk, breakfast). My request of needing a first-floor room was even accommodated. My husband and I have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Top notch customer service. My husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot. He had no idea. We have different last names and his name wasn’t included in the booking details. They went above and beyond to track him down to return the wallet. So very nice of them.

My stay was amazing! I had a river view room and it was so peaceful. I made friends with some ducks and geese feeding them frozen peas. I'm sure they're going to miss that. The pool was clean and pleasant.

Sitting on the balcony and watching the Geese Parents with there 2 babies. And watching the river roll by. The only thing that puzzled me there was no microwave n room. Other than that I have no complaints.

All of the rooms have balconies wirh a view of the river bank which was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Everything was absolutely fine, though not quite a 5-star level. Clean and secure. Fan seemed to be set to run continuously. At least I could not turn it off. That meant I had to use "heat" or "cool" to be comfortable, when "off" would have done better.

We came up to Cherokee to celebrate our 16th Wedding Anniversary. The Staff were wonderful and the room was beautiful. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the balcony even though we over looked the parking lot. LOL. The only negative for me, was since I walk with a cane I could not do the stairs to go to breakfast. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay there.

Was told if we wanted a good room… next time do not book through Expedia. The balcony room was lower than the pool.. could only see a bush. The refrigerator had a half empty, open water bottle, and some noodles.

I came down because I wanted to take my son to the casino as he was turning 21 and that was a place that he wanted to go. Overall, my state was good. The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast needs improvement
