We were there for the weekend. No complaints from us. Clean,safe,breakfast was better than most hotels.

We had a great time while here. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was available each morning with wide menu.

Helpful front desk at check in, working EV charger was easy to use after asking where it was, fitness room was well-stocked and breakfast was good (slightly better than typical free hotel breakfast). My biggest problem was the noise from the hall at 1:30am when NFL fans returned and the alarm that beeped from the next room from 5-530am and cut short my sleep in attempt. Also Wish breakfast wasn’t on styrofoam plates.

The guy at the front desk was not friendly, he didn’t greet me when I entered. My room key didn’t work so when I told him he went to go check came back and just handed me an envelope and said here’s your new room. No enjoy your stay, didn’t go over hotel amenities or anything. I wish I would have gotten his name. If someone is working at the front desk they should be friendly and pleasant.

The hotel was conveniently located to all the activities we had planned. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but it was included and not bad. There was a good restaurant next door. We were very happy with our stay.

Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only very minor issues were that our friends in the adjoining room only had 2 hangers - there weren't any of the silly, but helpful things such as a tv channel listing, the door hangers "do not disturb", etc. Otherwise, no complaints about the hotel. We also like the location. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and felt like it was away from everything, yet it was very close to everything. We were overall very pleased with our stay.

Room was clean and staff was very nice! The only complaint would be that the thermostat seems to be on a light/movement sensor? It worked fine while we were up watching TV, but didn't stay on during the night so the bedroom got warmer than we would have liked. My husband got up and manually adjusted the thermostat late in the evening but it was off again and warm by the time we got up.

Hotel is run down. Garbage on the floor in the elevators - which looked liked they hadn’t been vaccuumed in days.
Room was’t vacuumed. Toilet paper wasn’t replenished upon occupancy. All there was was one rollabout 2/3 used. Dusty fixtures throughout.
No one to be found for the first 5 minutes at check-in counter until the attendant (wearing grungy clothes and barely identifiable as an employee returned from what may have been a smoke break from outside.
On a positive note, they enforced a “quiet-policy” between certain hours. As a result, there were no disturbances.

I have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels but this is the first one I would not recommend. When we got there many people were sitting outside the front door smoking and you had to walk through a haze of smoke before entering. Then in the vestibule and the lobby there were dozens of dead lanternflies, dirt, and small puddles from spilled drinks. Nobody can clean these up? The woman at the front desk stared at her phone for almost a minute until we asked if she could help us. When we got up to our room there was another bug crawling around, and the toilet wasn't working (the chain was off and I fixed it myself).
One other small problem: The bathroom was very dark even with the lights on and there was no fan.

I really like that this property does not use travel-size bottles and products. They moved to more sustainable products to reduce waste. Bravo!
We stayed here to see a concert at PPG Arena downtown. So easy to Lyft over and back!

I liked that the property had free parking! Check in was very fast and we were in our room within a few minutes. Very friendly staff that made the experience effortless.

We checked in seamlessly. The hotel was probably nice years ago. Our AC did not work and there was a bug and trash in the floor. It could have been cleaner as there was hair all in the bathroom. They came up twice about the AC to try to fix. Finally spoke to Jocelyn who advised me to call Expedia for a refund. As there were games in the area we could not find another room. We stuck it out but would not stay again.

The breakfast had alot of variety eaxh morning. Elevators have issues, got trapped in one and maintenance had to get us out. Door to our room was difficult to open and they didnt fix it when told about it! Property is old and the parking lot needs attention. The rooms are nice size. The staff need to work on their customer skills.

This was my second time staying here. It’s an average, no frills hotel. The location is great. The guy working the check-in shift was outside smoking almost every time we returned to the hotel. I like lobby staff that are welcoming. He was not. The elevator floors were dirty. My refrigerator was not working properly and the tub drain was backing up when taking a shower. It was resolved the next morning but l never received an apology for the inconvenience. I just need a little more consistency in the experience. So management has to care a little more about ensuring that the room is where it needs to be and that the elevator does not have trash on the floor. TVs are dated and small. Breakfast was good. This hotel will absolutely serve your purpose of having a good location to shower and sleep.

Nice, clean and very updated with a great 24hr gym. Staff was so helpful. The check in clerk, Nyhemia, was so welcome and friendly after a long day of travel. This hotel was a short drive from everything downtown. Located right next to county police and a grocery store. Rooms were clean, breakfast had great variety. If ever in the area again, we will stay here!

No maid service was provided to our room, The hotel is not close to any form of public transportation. No restaurant's in the vicinity of the property, except one dive bar. I would never return to this over priced hotel.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing. And the biscuits for breakfast were out of this world. No business being that good in a continental breakfast

The hotel was clean overall, the hotel room was clean. The pool...not so much. The water was a little cloudy and there were clumps of hair pretty much all around the edge of the pool on the tile walkway so that was not appealing. I think there should have been better maintenance in pool area. The Alcove restaurant next door had GREAT food. The hotel breakfast was mediocre to average. The bathroom is outdated...no vent for use during showers, there was no luggage rack. Good enough hotel for our brief stay.

The hotel itself was dirty. In our room on one of the mattress there was a black stain. The beds were not comfy. I was scared to use the elevators. The pool had clumps of hair all around the outside. They didn’t not make enough breakfast in the morning to accommodate how many people were staying there. The pancake maker didn’t work for breakfast. One nice thing is they did let us check in early.
