The property was very clean/well kept! Check-in was terrible. We waited in line for at least 40 min. I paid $169 for a suite that contained a bed and a sofa bed and was given a regular room with just a bed! Our son had to sleep on the floor. Also the elevator was out so we had to walk up and was asked to helo one of the other guests upstairs. He was unwell. Expedia gave the hotel the incorrect reservation info. I want a full refund! Rooms had a smoke smelling like marijuana? When complaining to front desk was told no action could be taken & no other guest had complained. No one was even available to check it out. Family visiting for a family death w/children were extremely disappointed

We liked the idea of the balcony of it. We also thought the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean spotless. The idea of also of having shampoo and conditioner and body wash was a good idea cause I forgot mine.
What we didn't like was the water pressure in the shower. We all took showers not at the same time but we needed them after a long drive from Hagerstown Md due to traffic.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and courteous service. It’s perfect for a quick overnight stay to recharge for the next day.

The elevator was not functional and as a person with a mobility disability I had to walk up stairs with luggage to get to my room. The employee didn’t know how to move me to a bottom floor room & gave up trying without seeking assistance.
The hot water in shower wasn’t functioning. Will not stay there again.

The hall stunk like fish. Rooms are old and dreary. They need to get rid of the carpets. Food service was terrible even a Starbucks coffee was not drinkable. Very surprising for a Marriott

Business center and snack and drink market were well-equipped. Service was great and breakfast in the cafe was DELICIOUS!
Elevator is under construction, but they're offering a thousand extra Bonvoy points as a result. Indoor pool and hot tub were empty, which is a drag because those have always been a major selling point for me with this brand.
Could use a bathroom fan, an extra trash can and a full-length mirror in the room. Otherwise, it's the same Courtyard that has been my favorite brand for at least the last 20 years!

Never book through Travelocity, l paid $128 a night, while my friend paid $95 and received a breakfast voucher. we also needed to cancel without loosing our entire payment, Travelocity is not your friend.

There are many other properties near by that looked like better options. Not the cleanest, non functional equipment such as ice makers and constant keycard problems. Would not recommend. Should get a refund but Since through Expedia I doubt that will happen. We had seniors that got locked out of rooms due to room key issues and not demagnetized issues either that had to be very inconvenienced going back and forth to check in..uggg Not a great place.

Entrance door closest to our room was broken as was the ice machine. Had to enter by a farther entrance and go to the main desk for ice.
Beds and room were fine. Staff friendly and cooperative.

I have a special child and they guided us to enter the hotel from the middle door from the parking lot. However, the entry using the key was not working. If I hadn’t mentioned, I would have understood. For my second entry, I said I will call the front office, but I was told, they may not be able to come and open the door. Not customer friendly staff.

Quick trip for a concert. Second time staying at this property. Would definitely stay here again. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff.
