I have had better nights at a Motel 6! The front desk assigned me a Runway facing room even though I had called earlier in the day and told them I'm arriving at midnight ad needed a quiet room. I did not sleep a wink due to the airplane noises. This was even with ear plugs. I will never recommend this hotel and plan to socialize my bad experience

When ever I’m in Atlanta I love staying at the Renaissance Concourse at the airport. I had arrived early (noon) and I was able to go ahead and get into my room. The front desk assistant was so friendly!!!! Only issue that popped up was the tv was having some issues with the picture. Not a big deal because I was mostly out on the balcony watching airplanes. I did not call it in but did let the lady know when I checked out. Overall another great stay !!

I stay at this hotel for the airport views. Unfortunately this trip wasn’t great as a hurricane passed through so the airport view was not enjoyable. But the hotel is fantastic and a short trip free ride from the airport.

Nice stay and close to the airport. Room sheets could be cleaner as I noticed in the morning, they were dirty. Front desk staff is warm and welcoming. The room is nice overall but the soundproofing could be a bit better due to sounds from other guests.

We made reservations for a room overlooking the airport with a balcony, when we checked in we were given a room on the other side of the hotel overlooking the parking lot

Our only issue was that we relied upon the shuttle to get us to the airport to make an early flight. We flew international (Terminal F). The shuttle driver only stopped at one stop at Departures (far from Terminal F). Security was already very busy and slow at ~5:45 am.

Super close proximity to the airport, the hotel is immaculate and clean. You’ll immediately walk into comfort and class. Hotel bar and restaurants were awesome - the food and drinks were amazing.

The shower was to tight. I had to pull shower tab 3 or 4 times to get shower to come on without the tub running also. The toilet flush knob had stains on it. The drinking glasses in the room had stains on them. My phone in the room didn't work. The room that I booked was not available. The staff was really friendly.

This was my first time staying here & it definitely won’t be my last!! The staff was great, the hotel is quiet, the police presence makes it feel super safe, the views from the Balcony were amazing! If you don’t want to plane watch don’t stay here lol kidding! It’s really nice!

Staff was very friendly. Super clean and quiet which was a relief after a long weekend of traveling. Don’t really understand why they charge everyone $4 for a black coffee especially if it’s coming from a basic pour machine in the lobby. That seems a bit over the top. Other than that, good stuff!

If you can't tell by the name, this property backs right up onto the ATL airport tarmac and runways... so, the CONVENIENCE FACTOR is already a 5 out of 5... but it is a beautiful property with a top notch staff. I've been there previously for meetings.. but this time as a private/personal traveler... and truly enjoyed the on-site restaurant and amenities this time around!!

A short shuttle ride from the airport. No need to call as the shuttle stops every 30 minutes at the airport and the hotel. The lobby and atrium area so unique and beautiful. The dining was delicious. The staff was nice and very helpful.

Checked in late. Check-in was too long. Just give me the key card. It was paid in advance. I told them I needed it for 6 hours--I don't need any extra information and don't try to make it a perk that I'm on the top floor with a lounge that is closed. My room was far from the elevator and loud because of the airport activity. The service in the restaurant was very slow.
