I actually came to this hotel because I enjoy the jets in the pool. Upon check in I mentioned this to the staff. However, I got down to the pool area and the jets were not working. I go to the front desk and the front desk rep advise she would send maintenance. Maintenance arrives to tell me the jets were not working. I go back to the front desk to advise what maintenance informed me off and they were unaware. This should not be the case for me to inform the front desk of this info! This should have been something that they were aware of. My other complaint is the parking!!! I was advised that I would need to call the customer support number to get in and out of the parking lot. We call the number several times waiting to get out of the parking structure and several times no answer! I had to get out my car in the rain to walk back to the front desk to ask the rep to let us out because we couldn’t back up because several cars were behind us while we are trying to wait for customer support to let us out! This is should not be the case at all! The hotel really really need to do better about the parking lot entry and exit especially if customers are paying 30 per day!! Do better and stop inconvenience customers with this parking lot drama!!!!!

The rooftop bar is what made me reserve a room and omg my expectations were exceeded. Great customer svc and views plus the Porsche experience is literally right down stairs

The room was nice. The first room had technical issues. I had to go downstairs twice because they thought it was something wrong with the key. Once returning for the third time, they moved us to another room. The kiosk was not working to enter or leave. In order to enter or exit the property, you had to press the help button. When trying to leave, they took over 15 minutes to get back to me. Another security had to let us out to leave.

We stayed on the 8th floor. The rooftop bar area is very nice and the DJ was great. Nice view of the Porche tracks and the airplanes flying by. Be sure to get a print out of your receipt at check out and check your bank statement for any additional charges.

A nice hotel with a beautiful view of the track and airport. Only downside is the walking area isn’t exactly ideal if you want to walk somewhere for food.

This was a pleasant surprise. A hidden gem near the Atlanta airport. Room, service/staff, and food all great.

The front desk day staff were the worst I ever had anywhere ! They told us to come back at 2 to check in than when we got there they told me that room would be ready at 4 , than 5 ? And when we got room it was 90 degrees in there ! I would never stay here again!

The only issue I had was that one of my towels was worn thin and had a whole other than that it was a wonderful stay. The staff was attentive and nice. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was attentive and professional. I was experiencing a medical emergency and the pleasant, accommodating manner of the front desk staff allowed me to get to my room and arrange for family to take me to the emergency room instead of having to call an ambulance to the hotel. I was able to recuperate in a lovely room that had everything I needed to rest comfortably. Thank you for making my first experience a favorable one. I will look to stay at this property again on future travel to Atlanta.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and clean room - completely quiet even with the airport in the backyard. The frontdesk was extraordinary helpful and made our stay perfect.

Ladies at check in were awesome along with the restaurant staff and food!!! Room was substandard. They advertise as an upscale boutique, but nothing special about it. Only 1 light worked at the vanity sink, and the glass in the makeup mirror was shattered. There was not any hotel toiletries, not even a small bar of soap for the hand-sink. Only the bottles in the shower. Washcloths looked like they should have been discarded as they were a blackish white color. Slightly disappointed in room for the price.
