The facilities were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The food was well-prepared and enjoyable. My room was a renovated one, as promised, and it was indeed spotless and comfortable. The only minor issue was with Room 613—it was a bit tricky to locate at first since its direction didn’t align with the 6th-floor signage. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

The sofa is VERY DIRTY and needs to thrown out in Room 214. There was a sign stating renovations being down; then start with the furniture because I didnt see anything else being done!

Had a dog stay one night in a kennel. That charge was fine and fully expected. However, my husband also only stayed the one night with his car but I was charged every single day for his parking. That was not cool. Somehow they could charge me for that but couldn’t take off the $30 for extra adult charge when my daughter decided not to come. Very convenient

Ms. Meme was so nice and helpful. The hotel is very lovely. The rooms are spacious and the lobby is gorgeous!

This is advertised on your site as FREE PARKING. There is a $14.00 parking fee per night and a $50 hold placed on your card, which was not stated in advance. The hotel is nice but persons should know what they will have to pay.

Room could use soon updating. The pullout sofa mattress was pretty gross. The person checking me in was wonderful!!

The room had a musty stagnant smell in it. I turned the AC on to see if the smell would go away. I thought it did but when I left the room and came back I could still smell it. I should have asked for a new room but I was so tired I just wanted a shower and to go to bed. I must have gotten used to it, lol.
Room looked clean and the bed was confortable. The full kitchen was nice but did not use it since it was just and overnight stay. I did use it the fridge, glad I had one.
There seems to me some remodeling going on and signs were posted apologizing for the updates, even though I did not see any mess or construction.
I arrived a little early (flight) and I asked if I could check in early, there was a fee for that so I asked if they would hold my suitcase while I grabbed some lunch and they did. It was checked in and tagged, I got a receipt and I was on my way. The staff was nice and so were the amenities (laundromat, gym, putting green, free breakfast).
Talking about breakfast, his morning was a typical continental breakfast, eggs, bacon, French toast sticks, waffles, etc. It was nice but your typical hotel breakfast. Security and overnight gated parking was a plus.
As long as I don’t get a room that smelled like the one I got, I have no problem staying again.

We booked the STAYBRIDGE because we had a 16 hour layover between our flight from Rome, Italy, to Huntsville, Alabama. I called the STAYBRIDGE when we first booked the room to ask about the shuttle from the airport to the hotel property. The female I talked with said to just call the hotel once we were out of baggage claim, and that was all she said. The day our flight arrived from Italy, I called the hotel to let the person who answered know that we had arrived. She said the shuttle would be arriving at location 10-12. I explained to her that where we were at, the locations only went to 4. Finally, after going back and forth several times, another female got on the phone and realized we had flown into International. She said we needed to take the bus to domestic. NO ONE PRIOR SAID WE NEEDED TO BE IN DOMESTIC TO GET THE STAYBRIDGE SHUTTLE WHEN OUR FLIGHT ARRIVED. We had to wait in the line for the domestic shuttle for 40 plus minutes. When we finally arrived at domestic between locations 10-12, we had to wait another 35 minutes before the STAYBRIDGE shuttle arrived. It was 90 plus degrees outside and waiting so long was quite uncomfortable. Had someone told me from the beginning that the STAYBRIDGE shuttle would not be picking us up outside the baggage claim of International and that we would have to shuttle to domestic, we would have just taken a taxi. Waiting over an hour in the high heat to shuttle to a hotel after a 10 hour flight from Italy, was very unpleasant.

Because of the fact that my stay was during their renovation period, the noise was a little loud during the night. Considering that, the renovations didn’t limit the amount of care and accomodations. From my brief stay, I could tell that the staff truly care about the people who pass through their doors. They were very accomodating with my questions. I also appreciated that the hotel also offers an airport shuttle, which relieved any concerns about being able to get to the airport amidst the Atlanta traffic and worrying about rideshares. Having a daily complementary breakfast was so convenient and it created a sense of community within the guests, whether they are just passing through or there for an extended stay.

The carpet in our room was badly stained, the cushions on the couch don't match the couch (clearly from another couch elsewhere), and the room is very basic. There were two front desk staff at the counter when I checked in. One was helping the customer in front of me. I waited for a while and finally asked the second one if she was available, and she begrudgingly checked me in. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed to be upset that and she my presence made her have to do work. I stated that it would be nice if one could check in without getting an unpleasant attitude, and she rudely responded that it would be nice for her too. You can reno the hotel, but you better also train your staff in customer service if you want to keep customers. This was a real disappointment because we came to this hotel above other less expensive choices to have a nice night and morning after a long travel day.

The suite was dark and no window , the breakfast was good . The room was expensive and was not worth of the cost .Parking was extra 14 dollars per night.

The shuttle service from the airport was bad. We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle and ultimately took an Uber to the hotel. Otherwise the state was nice.
