The experience was good. There was a few things that needed to be fixed like the door going into the swimming pool area but overall me and my son liked our stay.

Once I did get in the room, it was hard to open the door to go back out. There was also a spider in the bathroom & one of the wash cloths was stained. I also didn’t sleep well because it was next to a busy highway. The air was on when I came in. The cost for the breakfast was outrageous also.

Our one-nighter was actually the beginning of a longer stay for business purposes, and my company had made the reservations. Because the hotel looked good online, we decided to go a day early. It was fabulous!

Check in and check out was a breeze. Very accomodating as I needed to change my room type. Very affordable, too. Room was clean and comfortable. The hall was quiet and gave a good night rest.

The room was very clean and modern. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Shower was roomy and loved having bottles of toiletries instead of tiny bottles

The property is fairly new and also serves as a conference center, not really a problem.
Our room's airconditioner was quite noisy. Housekeeping provided towels that were ripped on long side. Room was presentable and clean though. I did tell mgmt about the towels when we checked out.

It was next to a mall, but many shops closed, but the restaurants very pretty good and near by. Hotel has 3 wings sometimes confusing. Good the VIP section. Food ok, but can be better!

Never been here before, but boy, is this an Excellent value for what you get. Very clean, staff is wonderful and It's got nice amenities. The rooms are very spacious. I would stay here and will stay here every time I visit from Now on.

The staff were unfriendly, room is very small, dust all over the vents, ceiling above shower was stained and nasty, no fridge or microwave in the room, 6th floor ice machine did not work in the WI wing, they over charged me for the dog, cliental were a but shady, too dark outside did not feel safe, To me, this is a $60.00/night room not $165.00 plus $90.00 for the dog. Not what I would expect for a Sheraton.

We spent a lot of time looking for our room, the pool , etc because there was no map or directions given. It is a very large property and there needs to be better signage!

The hotel was nice, however it wasnunclear when the restaurant was open at lunch time. Even though the schedule said it was open, there were no employees multiple days in a row.

Very clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, fresh smelling. Front desk staff very curteous & professional. Indoor/outdoor pool, lovely outdoor area with firepit. Beds vere very comfortable. The excellent deal from Expedia was beyond & this hotel will be first on my list from now on. The only downside was it is a bit far from Mikwaukee.

Went to check in and they were overbooked and had no rooms for my family. No email or text was sent regarding their inability to have our rooms. This caused great problems, didnt get a room until well past 1am at a different hotel and I want my money refunded.

The rooms are technically just with new wallpaper and a new modern bathroom mirror, beds are Not comfortable at all, no exhaust fan in bathroom so it makes it really Muggy, mold above the door to hallway, unclean windows that can even see out the room clearly and a few other downs for this hotel, 6 out of 10

The rooms were nice. There is no complimentary breakfast. The hallways all had the smell of skunk/weed the entire stay on many levels, very unpleasant.

It was clean, modern, and convenient, all pluses. The downsides were the pillows and housekeeping.
The pillows were uncomfortable and settled down to nothing...No support.
Housekeeping, well, they knocked at straight up 8 am and I told them "not now" because I was just waking up. Two minutes later, they just unlocked the door and came in. Granted, I didn't have the do not disturb sign on the door, but I told them "No" only minutes before. After that, they were yelling down the hall. If I were still asleep at 8 am, I wouldn't be for long. A good stay ruined by rude, early morning group of house keepers.

Room and outdoor pool was nice. Property was average. There were groups of people standing outside various entrances/exits smoking weed all day. Never saw security either

Was there for the legion baseball all star game at American family field on Sunday. Stayed Saturday night. Paid for the dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning. Very disappointed in both. The food was very slim. Didn’t come out with more food. Paid good money. Would have been cheaper going out to dinner

I contacted you with regard to canceling my reservation almost a week before the date we were going to arrive. We had been in a car accident and we were unable to travel to this hotel. So we canceled our reservation and kindly asked for a refund due to the fact it was almost a week in advance, and we have been in this car accident. But you would not give me my refund back so that’s my review of your hotel. Never spent a day there.
