Paid for the best room available at this hotel and was disappointed. The shower head barely trickles any water. There are no hooks in the bathroom for towels or bath bags or anything. The refrigerator was broken. Not really sure what I paid for.

Disappointing stay. No hot water in the shower. They sent an "engineer" up to fix it, but they didn't and left the water running. The AC unit also did not work. We reported the issues with the front desk and they said a manager would be calling to address things. They did not call.

Quick overnight stay just to get away as a couple. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and comfortable and convenient. I loved that checkout is at noon so I could sleep super late and they had a Starbucks right in the lobby so I could grab my favorite latte on our way out. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights for a concert. Location was good, but between the traffic/sirens and the nightclub right across the street and it was VERY loud at night. Also, pool was absolutely freezing by day, and at night there was a bunch of younger people partying and drinking there, so we avoided it. Overall we were hoping for better for the price paid. It was just ok.

Cheyenne and Dempsey at check in went way above my expectation. Upon check-in, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and they upgraded us into an incredible room. Not only that they also had chocolate covered. Strawberries dropped off to our room, which was unbelievable. We travel to Salt Lake often and the Sheridan hotel is our new favorite because of these ladies! Thank you for making our weekend when that will remember for a very long time. See you soon.

Parking not the best, signage to find room or elevator hard to find our room.

The property was clean and rooms nice. It's a little dated but my main complaint is it was very noisy on the first floor. I could hear every step they took and could hear conversations being made in the bathroom. It was loud enough to impede sleep.
